(Clearwisdom.net) On the afternoon of August 19, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Xiao Fang and Ms. Liu Hairong from Jinzhou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province were arrested by police from the Wanli Substation. They had been clarifying the truth about how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) persecutes Falun Gong.
Afterwards, when Ms. Li Xin, who is Ms. Liu Hairong's colleague, went to the Wanli Police Substation to make inquiries, her purse was confiscated by Xu Yungang and she was arrested.
Xu Yungang is head of the Dalian Development District 610 Office. He was stationed at the Wanli Police Substation to persecute Dafa practitioners. He interrogated Ms. Xiao Fang and Ms. Liu Hairong. Instead of giving any lawful reason for arresting Ms. Li Xin, he said, "I have been looking for you for the past two years."
Both Ms. Xiao Fang and Ms. Li Xin's family received a so-called "criminal detention notice" from the police, which claimed that the two of them were suspected of "instigating the overthrow of the country's regime". It is believed they used the same "legal" grounds to arrest Ms. Liu Hairong.
The CCP created a law that claims "instigating the overthrow of the country's regime" means "spreading rumors and defamation" to overthrow the regime. But the terms, "instigate and defame" are simply the CCP's invention, as they have been used for the past nine years to fabricate charges against Falun Gong and persecute practitioners. Dafa practitioners clarifying the truth about Falun Gong is meant to expose the CCP's defamation so that the people of China can see clearly the evil nature of the CCP and not be deceived by its lies.
The three women live by the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. They are good wives, good mothers, and good daughters at home. In the eyes of their friends, relatives and colleagues, they are excellent people. However the CCP in Dalian used this absurd charge of "overthrowing the country's regime" to arrest these three good women.
The CCP has been committing all manner of evil, and it will absolutely receive the justice that it deserves.
