1. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Huang Yunmei and Ms. Liu Yuying Arrested
On September 21, 2009, Ms. Huang Yunmei, Ms. Liu Yuying and another woman from Zhuhai City were unlawfully arrested after they were reported for clarifying the facts about Falun Gong in Yuanming Park in Zhuhai City.
2. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Lei Wenyan Arrested
Around September 15, 2009, Ms. Lei Wenyan was arrested at her home. Her mother's whereabouts are so far unknown.
3. [Shanxi Province] Ms. Bian Lianying Arrested and Sent to the Huhehaote City Women's Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Bian Lianying from the Datong Mineral Bureau has been transferred to the Huhehaote City Women's Forced Labor Camp to be persecuted. Before the transfer, she was being held at the Chayouhouqi Detention Center in Inner Mongolia.
4. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Jiang Bo Unlawfully Detained and Denied Visitation
Mr. Jiang Bo from Dalian City was forced to leave home after November 2001. On April 28, 2002, he was arrested and illegally sentenced to eight years of imprisonment. He is detained in the Panjing City Prison. His family is forbidden to visit him even during holidays.
5. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Shi Min Arrested
Ms. Shi Min from Dalian City was arrested on April 24, 2009 by officials from the Huaxing Road Police Station. She is currently detained at the No. 2 Team of No. 1 Division of the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City.
6. [Tianjin] Mr. Xiao Shuqing Arrested
At around 4:00 p.m. on September 1, 2009, Mr. Xiao Shuqing, 59, from Hongqiao District, Tianjin was unlawfully arrested by officials from the Shuanghuancun Police Station. His home was also illegally ransacked. The next day, he was sent to the Caozhuang Detention Center
Mr. Xiao Shuqing was previously arrested and sentenced to four years of imprisonment from January 7, 2001 to January 7, 2005, during which time he had been separately detained at the Qingbowa Forced Labor Camp, the Shuangkou Forced Labor Camp and the Banqiao Forced Labor Camp. The police there severely tortured him and forcibly injected unknown drugs into his body. During his detention, Mr. Xiao Shuqing was dismissed from his job and his residential registration was revoked.
At around 2:00 p.m. on May 20, 2009, police officer Sun Qiang rushed to Mr. Xiao's home, broke out the window and the door, picked the lock, threatened him, and even kicked a big hole in the door. The policeman didn't leave until he had thoroughly harassed Sun Qiang.
7. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Many Practitioners Unlawfully Arrested
On September 15, 2009, many practitioners, including Ms. Pan Xiuzhi, Ms. Shi Jinghua, Ms. Yang Guizhi, Ms. Dai, Ms. Sun, Ms. Gao, Ms. Zhang Yan, and her daughter from Jilin City were arrested by officials from the Huashanlu Police Station in Fengman District, Jilin City as they traveled from the Huashanlu Timber Mill to Beihua University.

8. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Dai Jianguo Arrested
Mr. Dai Jianguo, in his thirties, was unlawfully arrested at his home and placed in handcuffs and fetters. His home was also ransacked. That night, Mr. Dai's father-in-law and Mr. Cai Maobao were also arrested at home, but were released the next day.

9. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Additional Information on the Persecution of Ms. Wang Zhiping and Ms. Xu Ying
At 1:30 p.m. on September 15, 2009, Jin Daqing and Gao Meng from the Dongfeng Police Station of the Quanyang Police Department in Fusong County, and another eight police officers from the vice squad broke into Ms. Wang Zhiping's home and arrested her. Her family was extorted of cash and personal belongings that were valued at thousands of yuan. Ms. Wang has since been released.
Later that day, Jin Daqing, Wang Youcai, Meng Hui and Gao Meng, along with six vice squad officers arrested Ms. Xu Ying, who was selling goods at that time, and also ransacked her home. Ms. Xu Ying was sent to the Fusong County Detention Center.
10. [Shaoyang City, Hunan Province] Four Practitioners Unlawfully Arrested
On the morning of September 20, 2009, officials from the Shaoyang City Police Department arrested Ms. Liao Meihua, Mr. Xiao Zhongjian, Ms. Wang and Ms. Xia Shuyun by forcing open the door. Ms. Xia Shuyun's Dafa materials were illegally taken away.
11. [Huangchuan County, Henan Province] Ms. Liu Guilian Unlawfully Sentenced to Three Year Prison Term
At around 9:00 a.m. on August 7, 2009, Ms. Liu Guilian was arrested at home by officials from the Domestic Security Division of the Huangchuan County Police Department. Having been illegally detained for forty days, Ms. Liu was unlawfully sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Huangchuan Court.
12. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Feng Fengqin Arrested
On the morning of September 18, 2009, a police officer whose surname is Fang, from the Penghou Street Police Station collaborated with officials from the neighborhood committee to arrest Ms. Feng Fengqin and confiscate her computer. Ms. Feng was taken to the Hebei Province Brainwashing Center.
13. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhao Jinshan Arrested
Mr. Zhao Jinshan was arrested at around 5:00 p.m. on September 21, 2009. His whereabouts are unknown.
14. [Jilin Province] Ms. Lin Qing Arrested
In mid-September 2009, officials from the Xinjilin Police Station broke into Ms. Lin Qing's home, took away her Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials, and arrested her. Her whereabouts are unknown.
15. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Xiuying and Ms. Li Xiangyun Arrested
On September 20, 2009, Ms. Li Xiuying and Ms. Li Xiangyun from Wukeshu Town were arrested by officials from the Yushu City Domestic Security Division.
16. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Additional Information on the Persecution of Mr. Sui Bairong
Mr. Sui Bairong, 44, was formerly a worker at the Guanghan Transportation Company. On July 15, 2009, a spy tricked him into going to a farm to fix the satellite antenna for receiving New Tang Dynasty Television broadcasts. Mr. Sui Bairong was arrested there by more than ten plainclothes police, and was later sent to the Guanghan Detention Center. In late August, he was given a one-year sentence and transferred to the Xinhua Forced Labor Camp in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province.
17. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wei Xiuyun Arrested
Ms. Wei Xiuyun from Jinzhou City was arrested around September 13, 2009. Her whereabouts are unknown.

19. [Xuchang City, Henan Province] Mr. Zhang Hongye Arrested
At around 1:30 p.m. on September 18, 2009, Mr. Zhang Hongye was arrested at home by officials from the Xuchang City Police Department, the Weidu District Police Department and the Xiguan Police Station in Weidu District. His whereabouts are unknown.
