1. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Yao Xinguang Detained
Mr. Yao Xinguang is from the Changchun Science and Technology University. He was arrested on September 24, 2009 by officers from the Weixin Street Police Station in Chaoyang District, Changchun City. He is currently being detained in the Weizigou Detention Center in Jiutai District.
2. [Chiping County, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Lijun Arrested
At around 10:30 p.m. on November 5, 2009, Mr. Wang Lijun from Chiping County was arrested by police officers while he was distributing truth-clarification materials in a village at Gaoji Township in Donga County. He is currently detained and undergoing persecution in the Donga Police Station.
In July 2006, Wang Lijun was arrested after he exposed the crimes of the Donga police force, who arrested practitioners Mr. Sang Xueli and Ms. Niu Shilan.

3. [Yingchun City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wu Wenjin Arrested
On the night of November 2, 2009, Ms. Wu Wenjin from the Youhao District in Yingchun City was arrested by 610 Office agents of the Youhao District Police Department. Her home was also ransacked. She is currently being detained in the Yingchun Police Station.

On the morning of November 6, 2009, Mr. Liu Shenhui was arrested in front of a store. Currently, his whereabouts are unknown.
6. [Tongling City, Anhui Province] Mr. Zhang Zhengwu Arrested
On November 5, 2009, Mr. Zhang Zhengwu was arrested in his home.
7. [Ji'nan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Feng Qingdong Arrested
Ms. Feng Qingdong is 70 years old. She was arrested on August 21, 2009, and is currently detained in the Ji'nan City Detention Center.
8. [Ji'nan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Tian Xiufang, Ms. Zhou Dongdong and Ms. Tian Fengying Arrested
On October 10, 2009, Ms. Tian Xiufang and Ms. Zhou Dongdong from Huiying District went to the home of Ms. Tian Fengying for a Fa study meeting. All three were arrested by police officers, and their homes were ransacked. Currently, Tian Xiufang is still held in the Jinan City Detention Center.
9. [Tai'an City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zuo Yongtai Taken to a Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Zuo Yongtai was taken to a forced labor camp in Jinan.
10. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Kexin and Ms. Chen Zhihua Subjected to Forced Labor
On September 16, 2009, twelve practitioners were arrested in Dezhou City, and Ms. Jiang Kexin, Ms. Chen Zhihua and Ms. Li Junlan were sentenced to one year and six months of forced labor. After Li Junlan was taken to the Ji'nan Forced Labor Camp, she developed a sudden cardiac problem, and failed the physical exam. Subsequently, she was released and returned home.
11. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Zhenxing Hospitalized After Persecution at the Baoding Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Li Zhenxing was sentenced to one year and three months of forced labor. His term was completed on November 7, 2009, but Baoding Labor Camp officials extended his term an additional two months. Li Zhenxing is currently hospitalized due to persecution.

At the end of October, Ms. Xie Ling was arrested by officers from the Wainanjie Police Station while she was clarifying the truth.

13. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Yajun Sentenced to Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Li Yajun is from Pengnan Township, Pengxi County, Suining City. She is about 57 years old. At around 10 a.m. on September 4, 2009, she was arrested in front of her own store by Ou Yajie from the Domestic Security Division of Pengxi County, and Li Chaofeng, community officer from the Pengnan Township Police Station. Her home was also ransacked. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor and is currently detained and persecuted in the Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp in Ziyang.
14. [Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Several Practitioners Arrested by the Songshan District Branch of the Chifeng City Police Department
Around September 8, 2009, officers of the Songshan District Branch of the Chifeng City Police Department arrested about thirty practitioners, including, from Songshan District: Ms. Qi Hongshu, Ms. Du Guizhi, Ms. Zhang Guihua, Mr. Su Xiangxin, Ms. Liu Yuqing, Ms. Zhao Sufang, and Mr. Ying Zhong and his wife; from Bajia of Xincheng District: Mr. Zhang Shuchun and his wife; from Wusan Township of Songshan District: Ms. Su Xiuzhen, and Ms. Wang; Ms. Gaoguixia and her husband from the Songshan District Geological Team; and Ms. Zheng Suhua from Hongshan District.

15. [Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Wang Xuemei and Several Other Practitioners Arrested
At around noon on November 6, 2009, Ms. Wang Xuemei from Dayangshu Township was arrested. Her Dafa books, Minghui Weekly, Zhengjian Weekly, her computer and some truth-clarification materials were confiscated from her home.
Ms. Wang Guilan from Dayangshu Township was arrested, and her home ransacked. Ms. Fan Fengying was also arrested.
Ms. Wang and her husband from Chaoyang Village, Wulubutie Township were both arrested.
16. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Liu Yunfang Detained
Ms. Liu Yunfang from Naxi District, Luzhou City, in her 60s, was arrested on October 31, 2009 by Naxi District Domestic Division officials while she was distributing truth-clarification materials in Baijie Township, Naxi District. She is currently detained and being persecuted in the Anfu Detention Station in Luzhou City.
17. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Xiaomei and Ms. Qi Xiaoping Persecuted in the Sichuan Women's Prison
The Zhongjiang Court in Deyang City secretly sentenced Ms. Wang Xiaomei and Ms. Qi Xiaoping to three-year prison terms. On March 28, 2008, they took Wang Xiaomei and Qi Xiaoping to the Sichuan Women's Prison in Yangma Township, Jianyang City. Wang Xiaomei was detained in the 3rd prison district. Qi Xiaoping was detained in the 4th prison district.
18. [Tianjin City] Ms. Liu Fengying Sentenced to a Seven-year Prison Term
Ms. Liu Fengying is 63 years old. She lives on the third floor of the second apartment of Building No. 7 at Hua'ningnanli, Huaning Road, Nankai District, Tianjin City. On October 26, 2008, she was arrested for distributing truth-clarification materials. Her home was ransacked and her Dafa books, truth-clarification materials, computers, printers, etc. were confiscated. Later, she was taken to the Nankai Detention Center and subjected to persecution.
In May 2009, Liu Fengying was sentenced to a seven-year prison term. She is currently being detained in the Tianjin Women's Prison.
19. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Ju Chaohong Tortured in a Brainwashing Center
Ms. Ju Chaohong from Meichuan District, Wuxue City was reported to officials for explaining the facts about Falun Gong. She was taken to a brainwashing center, where guards tied her feet, hands, and the rest of her body. They injected drugs to her limbs, slapped her, pulled her hair, forcefully opened her mouth with clamps, and stuffed dirty fabric into her mouth to insult and torture her.
