(Clearwisdom.net) Since ancient times, people have always believed in the causal relationship that "good is rewarded with good, and evil with evil." Two recent events in Jiaonan, Shandong Province, reveal this heavenly principle.
The Rewards of Doing Good
There was a guard who worked at a local police station. (We have concealed his identity to prevent him from being harassed by Party members.) When some Dafa practitioners were detained there in the winter of 2000, they told him about the goodness of Dafa and the causal relationship that "good is rewarded with good, and evil with evil." His conscience was moved, and he understood the truth.
After that, he started to treat practitioners with kindness. Other guards on duty ordered practitioners to sit on the cement floor and didn't allow them to go to the toilet or to go to sleep, but he not only let practitioners sleep and use the toilet, he also took his coat off to cover them. Other guards used to watch pornographic movies on duty, but he watched Falun Dafa truth-clarifying DVDs. When he supervised practitioners, he helped them successfully transfer many Dafa books and materials out of the police station. He also secretly returned to practitioners the Falun badges that the police station confiscated.
After finding out the truth, he no longer wanted to be a hatchet man for the Chinese Communist Party. He asked for a transfer out of the police station. His family of three all started to practice Falun Dafa. They live a harmonious life and enjoy great health. He quit the Chinese Communist Party, its Youth League, and Young Pioneers with his real name in 2005.
Retribution for Doing Evil
There was a headmaster of a local middle school named Zhu Guangmi. In 2001, he reported that the teachers and students in his school received truth-clarifying materials about Falun Gong. The police drove into the schoolyard in a police van with its siren blaring loudly and took all the materials and destroyed them. On the 15th of the first month of 2008 (in the Chinese calendar), this headmaster died from stomach cancer. He was only just over 40.
