(Clearwisdom.net) The legal system established by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has never upheld justice or protected Chinese citizens' rights since its inception. Since the persecution of Falun Gong began in 1999, the legal system has been used as a tool for the CCP to torture and persecute people.
Falun Dafa practitioners need to have a clear understanding of the CCP's legal system. When fellow practitioners are abducted, sent to forced labor camps, or sentenced, we should not be restricted by the evil Party's laws. Rather, our minds should go beyond it, and our hearts must not be moved by what the evil does to us in the name of its so-called law. We should not have passive thoughts like "let it be," or "we can't do anything but wait." Having these kinds of thoughts acknowledges the evil and reveals our wavering belief in Master and the Fa.
We should understand the Fa on the basis of Fa. No matter what kinds of sentences are imposed on Falun Dafa practitioners, they are all forms of persecution on practitioners and interference to Fa-rectification. We do not acknowledge the old forces or its persecution. As long as the persecution is still happening, we should send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil, clarify the truth, and do the three things well. The three things connect everything we do.
