Awakened Sentient Beings Resist the Evil

I am a Falun Dafa practitioner from Huludao City, Liaoning Province. In mid-May 2009, two people from the 610 Office called my relatives, asking to speak with me. I refused to talk to them. The next day, the 610 Office sent someone to my company to speak with my supervisor, who was told, "This year is the People's Republic of China's 60-year anniversary under the Chinese Communist Party. All untransformed Falun Gong practitioners are to be sent to the Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center in Fushun City, Liaoning Province." They asked for my company's "cooperation" by deducting 3,500 yuan from my salary to go to the brainwashing center for 20 days and pay for all the related costs. One of my supervisors replied, "We do not have the right to deduct pay from anyone, it is illegal. If you want to do it, I'll need a formal judicial statement."

Even then, the 610 Office did not give up. They asked my relatives for money to send me to the brainwashing center. My relative replied, "I don't have any money, and what's wrong with practicing Falun Gong? They live according to the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. They do good things, and even their health improves."

In the end, the 610 Office gave up.

In 1999, I traveled to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong, but I was illegally arrested and taken back to my hometown. On the train back, the policemen guarding me said that I went to Beijing to stir up trouble. I replied that I was only appealing for justice according to my rights as a citizen. I was only giving my views to the government, and I did not stir up any trouble, nor did I break any law.

Hearing that I was a Falun Gong practitioner, everyone in the carriage turned to look at me. Some began whispering to each other. During that time, the entire nation's media were directed to defame Falun Dafa, and many people were poisoned by the CCP's lies. One bespectacled young man who called himself a college graduate asked me many questions, and he asked them very quickly. It was like a media interview. The faster he asked the questions, the faster I replied. In the end, he said that I had very good logic, but nevertheless commented that he thought I had mental problems.

Indeed, to him, the CCP had already drawn a conclusion on Falun Gong. The entire nation was filled with voices of "expose and criticize Falun Gong," and I was in the midst of everything, going to Beijing to speak up for Falun Gong. Two other passengers who had been poisoned by the CCP's lies shouted vulgarities at me.

As one man shouted from the back, "It doesn't matter how many people are against it! Most of the time the truth is only seen by the minority," the noisy carriage suddenly became quiet. Everyone, including the policemen, became speechless. I looked at the speaker with gratitude. He was a middle-aged men in a jacket. He turned and left after speaking.

In the deeply poisoned society that is mainland China, how brave it is to speak even a single word of truth. To have the courage to speak up for justice and morality is truly admirable.

In these few years, no matter how hard it got, I have been steadily walking my own path, holding onto the sincerity with which I pursue my faith, telling people the facts about Falun Gong, and helping sentient beings walk away from the CCP's lies.
