(Clearwisdom.net) On June 27, 2009, a delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Chinese Communism Party (CCP) regime, led by Minister Wan Gang, visited the well-known University of Freiburg in southwestern Germany. Some Falun Gong practitioners, when hearing of this, came to protest the ten-year long brutal persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP and clarify the truth about Falun Gong to more people. After 1:00 p.m., when Wan Gong and his group stepped out of a building near the Solar InfoCenter, a banner reading "Falun Dafa is Good" had already been installed in their line of sight. The bodyguards showed panic when seeing this, and Wan Gong intentionally tried to avoid looking at the banner. This group hurriedly got into cars and left right away.

For delivering a message: Stop the persecution!
During the morning, when some Falun Gong practitioners were waiting outside that building, the patrolling policemen showed their identity cards and then said they had not received information there would be protesting groups that day. They asked practitioners what was this about. The practitioners first handed out some truth-clarification materials and explained that they had just heard about the visit of Wan Gang and his group and there was no time for an application. Then a policeman called his boss and came back to ask what they should do. The practitioners informed them of the details about Falun Gong and many facts about the persecution in China, and told them that the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP had lasted for ten years and needs to end. "We want to spread the message, "Stop the Persecution" to everyone, especially the people in the CCP regime, to urge them not to assist the authorities to do evil and become scapegoats or perish along with the CCP."
Policeman: "I am happy for you to be able to express your opinions freely in Germany!"
In the beginning, the police were nervous, as they thought that Falun Gong practitioners would be like many other protesters. They were afraid of letting someone "make trouble" but they became more and more friendly as they heard the truth. They also read the truth-clarification materials often when listening. One policeman said, "What you are doing is right. Everybody knows that the human rights status in China is awful. We are here to perform our official duties only."
They were shocked when they learned that Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to organ harvesting in China. One policeman said, "I am happy you can express your opinions freely in Germany!"
In the beginning the policemen allowed the practitioners to exhibit their banner in a place quite far away from that building. When the conversation was finished, a policeman pointed to the place where he was standing and said, "You can exhibit your banner here."
When the police left in cars guarding the delegation, each one smiled and waved to the Falun Gong practitioners from their car windows.
