(Clearwisdom.net) (Correspondent from Chongqing Municipality) Mr. Chen Fu, a teacher at the Southwest Normal University in Chongqing Municipality, was imprisoned for practicing Falun Dafa. His right leg was fractured as a result of torture and the prison administration wouldn't let Mr. Chen's family visit him. The family is deeply worried. Mr. Chen has been repeatedly persecuted for many years, and was subjected to forced labor for two years from 1999 to 2001.

Mr. Chen's most recent arrest occurred in April 2006, and he has been imprisoned since then. On May 13, 2008, he was transferred to the Seventeenth Supervision Area of the Chongqing Yongchuan Prison. Two months ago, he was transferred to the Second Supervision Area. His family called the prison administration many times, but officials there would not answer any of their questions. His parents went to the prison and asked to visit their son. The administration turned down their requests, saying that Mr. Chen was under special supervision.

In October 1999, Mr. Chen was arrested for practicing Falun Dafa by Zhang Lingchuan from the Security Office of the Southwest Normal University and officers from the Beipei Police Station. They put him in the Chongqing Xishanping Forced Labor Camp for two years. In the end of 2001, Zhang Lingchuang imprisoned Mr. Chen at the Chongqing Linkou Brainwashing Camp. On June 1, 2003, Zhang Lingchuang refused to let Mr. Chen go back to work. At first the university gave Mr. Chen a 500yuan per month living allowance, but stopped it after eight months. Mr. Chen had to find work outside of the school.

In April 2006, Mr. Chen went back to the university to get his identification card and household registration book. Zhang Lingchuang detained him again. Zhang connived with officers of the Jiangjin District Domestic Security Division and imprisoned Mr. Chen at the Jiangjin District Langshan Detention Center for two years. During his two-year detention, Mr. Chen was tortured repeatedly. His parents' requests to visit were denied.

In 2008, Mr. Chen was subjected to the Tiger Bench torture. His right leg was fractured and he became crippled. On May 13, 2008, he was transferred to the Seventeenth Supervision Area of Chongqing Yongchuan Prison. About two months ago, he was secretly transferred to the Second Supervision Area and subjected to further abuse. The prison administration did not inform Mr. Chen's family or allow them to visit him.
