(Clearwisdom.net) From September 4 to 13, 2009, an International Truth-Compassion-Forbearance Art Exhibition was held at the Busan International Cultural Center. At the opening ceremony, Professor Choi, Director of the Asia Philosophy Association, gave a speech after he viewed the paintings.

Prof. Choi said in a solemn voice after a short moment of silence, "The painting showing a child holding an ash box of his father, who was tortured to death, is so sorrowful. The look in the child's eye and her appearance are so miserable. Seeing how the paintings express the hardships and suffering of children, I thought that they could be our children too. Though the incidents are happening in other countries and other families, we cannot stand by in silence. The paintings deliver a strong message that we should rescue and protect them."
He said, "This art exhibition is like the Shen Yun art performance, showing people a realm of integration of religion, philosophy, and art and containing a message of saving people. It is very touching."
He continued, "Today's paintings made me think that, with the name of righteousness, we should eliminate the North Korean and CCP regimes that hinder human beings from moving towards brightness."
He stressed that he would work hard against all forms of persecution, including the persecution of Falun Gong.
