1. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Chen Jizhong and Ms. Chen Jihuan Arrested
On December 1, 2009, three officers from the Yilan Anti-riot Brigade and Daotaiqiao Police Station arrested practitioners Mr. Chen Jizhong and Ms. Chen Jihuan (brother and sister) in Yonghe Village, Daotaiqiao Township. The officers searched their house and locked them in the Yilan County Detention Center.
Ms. Chen was born disabled. Mr. Chen's wife is mentally unstable and cannot take care of herself. She has been left living by herself.

2. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Xiuyan Imprisoned
Ms. Wang Xiuyan was sentenced to one year in prison and is currently locked in the Nangou Detention Center in Fushun.
3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Tortured in Zhangshi Brainwashing Center
Mr. Hua Chengju, Mr. Zhang Shuhai and Mr. Jiao (first name unknown) were taken to the Zhangshi Brainwashing Center in Shenyang several days ago.
4. [Huichun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Huiying Tortured in Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp
On September 29, 2009, officers from the 610 Office in Huichun arrested Ms. Liu Huiying while she was at work. She was tortured in a detention center and sentenced to a year in prison. On October 18, 2009, she was locked in the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp and has been denied family visits.
5. [Beijing City] Mr. Li Wu Arrested
On December 1, 2009, officers from the Tuoli Police Station arrested Mr. Li Wu from his apartment in Miaoergang Village, Qinglonghu Town, Fangshan District. The officers searched his apartment and confiscated his Falun Gong materials. The next day Mr. Li was transferred to the Fangshan Police Station. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
6. [Shanghai City] Ms. Guo Yuezhu Imprisoned
Ms. Guo Yuezhu is from Xuhui District, Shanghai. She was sent to a forced labor camp for a year in May 2007. In November 2009, she has once again been arrested and imprisoned.
7. [Shandong Province] Ms. Du Xiuhua Arrested
On December 1, police officers arrested Ms. Du Xiuhua at her daughter's house. She is now being held in the Weifang Detention Center.
8. [Xiong County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhai Rui'e Sentenced to Nine Years in Prison
Ms. Zhai Rui'e has been incarcerated in the Xiong County Detention Center for eight months. On November 5, 2009, she was sentenced to nine years in prison.

9. [Qian'an City, Hebei Province] Ms. Xu Airong Detained in Kaiping Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Xu Airong is in her fifties and is from Shanghuanjiatao Village, Yanggezhuang Town, Qian'an City. On September 7, 2009, officers from the Yanggezhuang Police Station and Qian'an Public Security Bureau arrested her and sent her to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan City.
10. [Dongtai County, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Xu Xiaoqin Arrested
On November 24, 2009, Ms. Xu Xiaoqin from Dongtai county was arrested. Ms. Xu is in her forties and worked in the Chengxin Craft Company in Dongtai.
11. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Zhang Baohua Arrested
On the evening of November 30, 2009, Ms. Zhang Baohua of Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City, was distributing information about the persecution of Falun Gong on the street. A plainclothes police officer arrested her and searched her house. Ms. Zhang is now being held in the Lianhuo Highway Detention Center in Jinshui District.

12. [Dazhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zheng Jiawen Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
Mr. Zheng Jiawen is in his fifties. In March 2008, officers from Da County Domestic Security in Dazhou City arrested Mr. Zheng from home and searched his house. After he was locked up for a year, the Dazhou Intermediate Court sentenced him to three years. Mr. Zheng was taken to a forced labor camp in Sichuan Province.
13. [Chongqing City] Mr. Xu Yongpei and Ms. He Fachun Detained
On November 5, 2009, Mr. Xu Yongpei, 63, was clarifying the facts about the persecution to people in Baishiyi Town, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. Someone reported him to the police. Local officers arrested Mr. Xu, Ms. He Fachun (in her fifties) and two other practitioners. The two unnamed practitioners were released, while Mr. Xu and Ms. He are still detained at the local police station.

14. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Mr. Gao Yunfen and Ms. Yang Jufen Tortured in Prison
On August 11, 2009, Ms. Gao Yunfen, 57, Ms. Yang Jufen, 56, and Mr. Jia Sanren went to Baiyi to distribute fliers about the persecution of Falun Gong. A person reported them to the Baiyi Police Station. Officers from the 610 Office and Longpan District Domestic Security in Kunming city arrested them and locked them in the Ciba Town Police Station. The officers searched their houses and confiscated their Falun Gong books and weekly newspapers.
On September 7, the 610 Office, Longpan District Domestic Security, and Ciba Town Police Station sentenced Ms. Gao and Ms. Yang to two years in prison. Mr. Jia was released. Ms. Gao and Ms. Yang are now being held and tortured in the Dabanqiao Women's Forced Labor Camp in Kunming City.
15. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Gao Qingqin Imprisoned
On December 2, 2009, Ms. Gao Qingqin was sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term.
