(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Cao Suzhen recently filed an appeal and report at the Appeals Office of the Kunming City Police Department and the Reporting Center of the Yunnan Province Police Bureau regarding her illegal arrest by officers Liu Jianxon and Dong Haipeng from the National Security Squadron of Guandu District Office, at the Kunming Police Bureau of the Kunming Railroad Police Department.

Ms. Cao worked at the Yiliang Section of Kunming Railway since her graduation from junior college. She had many illnesses, including migraines, ulcers, emphysema, rheumatism, bleeding from her eyes, and near-blindness. When she began practicing Falun Dafa in 1998, all her illnesses went away in two months. Her vision fully recovered, and she had no problem even finding a needle on the ground. Falun Dafa gave her a second life.

At around 9:00 a.m. on March 12, 2003, six police officers in two police cars from Guandu National Security Squadron went to Ms. Cao's home, arrested her, and ransacked her house. They broke a bedroom door, turned her house upside down, and seized her Dafa books and truth clarification materials. They ordered Ms. Cao to sign the list of confiscated items. She refused, and the police had her son sign it. Then they took her to the Guandu District Office to interrogate her. Because she had benefited from it so much, she refused to badmouth Dafa. At around 4:00 p.m., the police called Ms. Cao's workplace and told them to have someone come and persuade her to give up cultivating in Falun Dafa. Afterward, the police locked her up in a room with feces and urine all over it. The wall was all iron pipes, with a pile of old quilts in the corner. They did not feed her that night. The next day she was released, but was put on parole for "disturbing the order of the society." The police gave orders that her workplace "educate" her, and told her to submit monthly written reports. Because she was put on parole, her workplace was penalized by having to pay fines, not being considered having good progress, and the employees were deprived of their bonuses. In this way, they incited people's hatred against Falun Gong. On February 27, 2004, Ms. Cao was released from parole.

On July 11, 2009, Ms. Cao was followed by plainclothes officers from the Kunming Railway Police Bureau. Two of them came up to her at noon when she was at an intersection on Tangshuang Road and asked her if she was a Falun Gong practitioner. They then dragged her into the police car and took her to the Railway Office. They searched her, took her picture, and seized her Dafa materials. They then called people from her office to come to persuade her to renounce Falun Dafa. At around 10:00 p.m. they released her and put her on parole for a year. On June 21, 2010 she was released from parole.
