(Clearwisdom.net) My first contact with Falun Gong was in late 2006, when a practitioner gave me some informational material, which touched me deeply.
In the DVD "Travel Between Heaven and Earth in Stormy Weather," I saw Falun Gong practitioners practicing the exercises. Their movements were very graceful and beautiful. The practice resonated with me immediately. It did not take me long to convince myself to begin practicing Falun Gong.
I was so fortunate to learn Falun Gong. Dafa resolved many of my questions and doubts in life. I have changed into a different person, and I realized the meaning of life.
Amazing Health Benefits
Although I was only in my early thirties when I started to cultivate Falun Dafa, I had already developed several health issues. After I began practicing Dafa, my health improved rapidly. Wonderful things happened to me one after the other.
I was suffering from mild depression, which is now gone forever. I needed to sleep for long hours, but still felt tired and sleepy. I am now full of energy yet I need less sleep. My shoulder arthritis was also cured. My high blood sugar (early stage diabetes) and weak back also vanished. In the past, I didn't have the strength to walk even a short distance, so I used a taxi frequently. I can now walk anywhere at a very fast pace.
In the past, my skin was dry and allergic, and the large pores on my face looked awful. I had to use heavy makeup before I went out. My face now looks natural, rosy and bright.
Since I began practicing three years ago, I have experienced no illness, and therefore no longer need to take medication. I have saved lots of money on health care, nutrition and skin care.
My xinxing is improving, and my physical health is better every day. Miracles have also happened to me. I could feel many of the phenomena mentioned by Master in Zhuan Falun.
My celestial eye opened. When I practiced the movements, I closed my eyes and saw a screen on my forehead, with pictures of other dimensions clearly showing on it. I also saw lotus flowers blooming.
I often feel the rotating Falun in my abdomen. Also during practice, I feel Falun spinning between my fingers. When I read Dafa books or do the exercises, I often feel energy flowing in my head.
Photos of myself taken during the day and night often capture many bright Falun that are spinning, large and small. Sometimes they are densely packed. Even the fine details of the Falun are visible.
Once in a company meeting, a photographer was taking pictures of us talking with our customers. He discovered that all the photos taken near me were showing a bright orange glow of energy. Other pictures without me were not showing this. I guess because our gong energy exists in other dimensions, it could emit invisible light. Although people can't see it, the digital camera can. Therefore, the photos displayed these images.
These miracles made me feel more confident about Dafa cultivation. The facts have shown that when I followed Dafa's standard with my xinxing, Master's teachings of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance manifested in me.
When Morality Improves, Life is Beautiful
In the past, I possessed some bad habits. If I had not been saved by Dafa, my future would have been unthinkable.
I now measure my behavior according to Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and strive to become a good person who thinks of others first. When conflicts happen, I always look inside myself for problems, and I no longer blame others. My bad habits are being relinquished one by one. Many people have told me that I changed completely. My family life is much better, conflicts are greatly reduced, and everyone feels happy about our peaceful family life.
In the past, I felt busy at work and had little time or energy to discipline my child. When he misbehaved, I became impatient, and yelled at him or even spanked him. Now I have much more energy and patience, and I am willing to spend time with my child. I know how to use a positive attitude to talk to him. Although my son is still little, some other parents now think I am an expert on child education. They come to consult with me on how to discipline children. I know these changes are all due to Dafa's power.
I am now much more willing to help others. I am helping people from my own heart, because Dafa has given me a good life. I want to pass the beauty on to more people. If everyone in the world practiced Dafa, society would become a wonderful place.
