(Clearwisdom.net) There are six members in my family practicing Falun Dafa. We all have good health and live harmoniously with our neighbors. Our friends and relatives say Falun Dafa is truly good!
When I First Began the Practice
I am 28 years old. I started practicing Falun Dafa in 2006. I had all kinds of illnesses before then, such as menstrual cramps, stomach aches, anemia, and chronic pharyngitis. I was very skinny and lacked vitality. All my symptoms disappeared after less than one month of practice. One day I was suffering from severe menstrual cramps, but the pain didn't stop me from practicing. When I got to the second exercise, I felt as if a heavy object was ramming me and pulling my hands. I tried to endure the pain, but eventually I fell down from dizziness. I called out to Master Li Hongzhi. I miraculously managed to stand up again ten seconds later and continued with the exercises. The cramps that had tortured me over the previous four years completely vanished afterward. My life has become much happier as I am now free from illness and have removed my attachments to fame and money.
Good Fate Has Come
My husband had kidney stones before he started to practice Falun Dafa. The pain attacked him one day and was becoming almost unbearable. I asked him to recite, "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good." He did so, and got better afterward. The pain then recurred moments later. His lips turned pale and he was rolling on the bed due to the excruciating pain. He asked me to take him to the hospital. I told him, "It will take a long time to get there. Even if you go there, you still have to get injections, medication and surgery, and you may not get any better. How about we practice the Falun Dafa exercises together? I am sure you will get better." He nodded.
After practicing the fifth exercise for 30 minutes, he felt much better. His face regained its reddish glow and he felt much better. He shouted, "Falun Dafa is good. Falun Dafa is just unbelievable!"
Even more incredible was that he then passed three kidney stones when he urinated
He would tell everyone he encountered the unbelievable things he experienced with Falun Dafa. People were amazed by his story, and some of them took up cultivation practice in Falun Dafa.
Looking After New Practitioners
My parents have recently started to practice Falun Dafa. The constipation problem that had bothered my mother for over 10 years disappeared. She has very good health and has become much more tolerant and considerate. She doesn't criticize her students anymore and she always has a smile on her face.
Since my father has taken up the practice and lives according to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance that Master Li Hongzhi teaches us, he has become a lot more compassionate and avoids fighting with others for personal gain. Even people at his job saw the changes in him.
One day, my father was signing an invoice as he received merchandise for his company. Bags of heavy pigments loaded in a truck just behind him suddenly fell over. It looked as if the bags were going to hit him for sure. At that critical moment, it was as if a barrier was erected between the bags and him. The bags tumbled right past him, and he avoided serious injury.
My father knew that Master was protecting him. With tears in his eyes, he placed his hands into the "heshi" position and said, "Thank you Master!"
The Knowing Side
My grandmother also began to practice Falun Dafa. I bought her a copy of Zhuan Falun. She recognized many characters, even though she was illiterate. I wondered who taught her the words. She told me that even though she didn't know any words, she would start reading Zhuan Falun whenever she had time. She gradually grasped the meaning of the words. I came to understand that it was Master who taught her. "When a person's Buddha-nature emerges, the enlightened beings are able to help him." (Zhuan Falun)
My grandmother couldn't see well. She didn't understand Mandarin and her memory was bad. She couldn't put her legs in lotus position at first, but with steadfast faith in Falun Dafa, miracles happened. Because of that, it encouraged us to be more diligent and tell more people about the beauty of Falun Dafa.
Wake up, sentient beings! The "Buddha Fa" is being spread in the world. Dafa disciples will become ever more diligent:
"When they return with full bounty,
The multitude of gods shall receive them." ("Stirred by Reflection")
