(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, some unnecessary tension and coordination issues arose among our local practitioners. Many practitioners said that we had major barriers between us. We knew that there was a problem, but we weren't able to do better. What was the reason?
We all know that the cooperation of the one body is important. We lack maturity in this regard, and many shortcomings appeared. The most evident problem was that most practitioners felt that their own understandings were better than others, so they all wanted others to agree with them. They wanted others to do things their way and insisted upon it.
We all know that there is Fa at different levels, so it is natural that there are different understandings. When I exchanged experiences with some practitioners, they said that some coordinators were actually interfering with their tasks by meddling too much.
When some practitioners do coordination, they think that they have a better understanding of the Fa than others. Some even think that they are leaders, and thus they speak with an authoritative tone, which did not resonate well with some practitioners. Since practitioners could not make concessions in how they looked at things, unnecessary barriers were created among practitioners. As some practitioners started bearing grudges, they would complain to other practitioners, which caused the barriers to become even bigger. When issues appear, some practitioners have a tendency to look at things with a human mindset.
We also saw a situation where some practitioners agreed to take on a task, but later either changed their mind or forgot about their promise. This then led to disappointment or even resentment from others. These are serious cultivation issues, but some practitioners then became unwilling to work with those who didn't keep their word, which resulted in even more barriers.
In the face of all these challenges, every practitioner has a responsibility. We must change our bad habits and cooperate better with other practitioners in the future. If we can do that well, then we can indeed become one body and overcome our challenges.
