1. [Daxing'anling, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Song Chunyuan Arrested
Ms. Song Chuyuan was reported as she distributed information about Falun Gong at around 7:00 p.m. on January 21, 2010. Several officers from the Tahe County Police Department and from the Political and Security Section broke into Ms. Song's home, ransacking it and confiscating Falun Gong-related materials and other items. Ms. Song is now held at the Tahe County Detention Center. Her family is forbidden to visit her.

2. [Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Jia Qiumei Arrested
Hebei Forestry Bureau Police Department officers arrested Ms. Jia Qiumei from the Hebei Forestry Bureau in the Jiamusi area on January 20, 2010.
Ms. Jia has been subjected to detention and persecution for nearly eight years since July 20, 1999. Her husband divorced her. She had to find a job at the forestry farm in the mountains to make a living and was arrested at her workplace.
3. [Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Chunlan and Others Subjected to Gross Abuse and Mistreatment at the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Yang Chunlan, Mr. Li Xuerong, Ms. Wang Ying, and Mr. Bao Xizhu are incarcerated at the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp. Gross abuse and mistreatment have left them with symptoms of serious illnesses.
4. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Du Yuhong Held in Custody
Ms. Du Yuhong was once imprisoned for resisting the authorities' demolition of her home. She became a Falun Gong practitioner while in prison. Ms. Du was arrested as she distributed information about Falun Gong on January 3, 2010. Patrolling personnel and officers from the Xingshun Police Station made the arrest. They ransacked her home, and confiscated Falun Gong books, an MP3 player, an MP4 player, and Falun Gong materials. She is now at the Shenyang No.1 Detention Center.

Three police officers harassed Mr. Chen Zhaomin and his family at the Qidao Quanzi Town Development Zone the other day. His family decided to stay away from home to avoid persecution.

7. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Xiao Cheng Arrested
Officers from the Longtou Police Station in Xinbin County arrested Xiao Cheng in the middle of the night on January 23, 2010, while he was living away from home. He was arrested because someone reported him as he distributed information about Falun Gong. He is now held at the Xinbin County Detention Center.

8. [Laiyang, Shandong Province] Additional Information Regarding the Persecution of Ms. Qi Guiying
Ms. Qi Guiying from Xixujiazhuang Village, Muyudian Town, was reported as she spoke with people about Falun Gong and the persecution at a market on the morning of January 22, 2010. Four officers from the Muyudian Town Police Station drove to Ms. Qi's home at around 9:30 a.m. They ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books, materials, a photo with Master's image and a laminating machine. Ms. Qi was not at home. The police then arrested her non-practitioner husband, Mr. Xu Li, took him to the police station, and interrogated him using torture. They slapped his face, pinched his cheeks, and struck his head with a stick, making it bleed. They forced him to tell who sent materials to his home. Two officers from the Laiyang 610 Office also participated in the interrogation. They released Mr. Xu at around 6:00 p.m. Ms. Qi stays away from home to avoid the persecution.
9. [Jiangsu Province] Practitioners from Yancheng City Missing - belated information -
Yandu County 610 Office agents arrested Ms. Sun Fengxiu from Songjia Village, Magou Town, Yandu County, on March 3, 2000, and took her to a detention center where she was held for over 20 days before her release. She went missing on the morning of April 3, 2000, as she went to work in the field. No news has been received of her so far. She was 39 years old that year.
Mr. Zhou Jingping, was an employee at the Yandu County Cement Products No. 2 Factory. Related personnel from the Yandu Study Center and officials from the Cement Products No. 2 Factory took him away on March 18, 2001. No news about him has been received so far. He was about 70 years old at that time.
10. [Anhui Province] Hefei Court Officials Attempt to Put Mr. Zhu Ming and Others on Trial
Mr. Zhu Ming, Ms. Liu Li, Ms. Zuo Qixiang, and Ms. Liu He fang (now released) from Hefei City were arrested on April 18, 2009. Officers from the Guichi District Police Department's Domestic Security Division took them to the Chizhou City Detention Center where they were held for more than nine months. To our knowledge, Guichi District Court officials planned to put them on trial in early February 2010. Ms. Zuo Qixiang was previously sentenced to six years in prison, in August 2002, at the Hefei City Suburb Court. She was subjected to gross abuse and mistreatment while in prison.

11. [Jimo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Song Yusheng Subjected to One and a Half Years of Forced Labor
Tianheng Town Police Station officers arrested Ms. Song Yusheng from Tianheng Town on January 15, 2010. Jimo City 610 Office agents sentenced her to one and a half years of forced labor. She is now being held in Division 7 at the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo City.
12. [Zhaodong City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zhou Wenyuan Given a Three-Year Prison Term
Three officers from the Dongfa Township Police Station arrested Mr. Zhou Wenyuan at home on the morning of July 12, 2009. Zhaodong City 610 Office agents rushed into Mr. Zhou's home and confiscated a printer, a computer, cash, and other items.
Mr. Zhou was taken to the Zhaodong City Police Department that same day. The police interrogated him using torture. Zhaodong City Court officials handed him a three-year prison term. Mr. Zhou is now in Hulan Prison.
When Mr. his family went to visit him on January 24, 2010, a guard took Mr. Zhou to one side of the meeting hall and monitored his conversation with his family. But guards did not monitor other criminals' conversations with their families.

13. [Beijing] Additional Information Regarding the Arrest of Ms. Zhang Lin
Ms. Zhang Lin was followed and arrested at a subway exit in Beijing on January 19, 2010. The police informed her employer where she had recently retired but was re-hired. Her employer told her family to deliver clothing to her at the Haidian Police Station. The police went to Ms. Zhang's home that same day and confiscated her notebook computer and other items.

Ms. Meng Fengzhen from Shijiazhuang City is now held at the Luquan Detention Center. Her family recently went to the Tongye Police Station in Luquan City to demand her release but were told Ms. Meng's case had been transferred to the Luquan City Procuratorate.

15. [Liaoning Province] Ms. Ye Hongmei Grossly Abused and Mistreated at the Liaoning Province Women's Prison
Ms. Ye Hongmei from Fuxin City is now held in Ward 2 at the Liaoning Province Women's Prison. The guards searched her cell in September 2009. They found Master's latest articles and put Ms. Ye in solitary confinement. That was five months ago. The guards grossly abused and mistreated her and did not give her enough food. Ms. Ye's mother went to visit her but was only allowed to see her on her second visit. Ms. Ye was emaciated.
16. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Lijuan and Ms. Zhou Lizhu Persecuted
Ms. Zhou Lijuan and Ms. Zhou Lizhu are sisters from the Zhongshan District. They were arrested two weeks ago as they spoke with people about Falun Gong. They are now held in the Dalian City Detention Center.
17. [Shehong County, Sichuan Province] Ms. He Jiechun and Others Persecuted
Ms. He Jiechun, Ms. Luo Huilan, Mr. Wang Deyi, and four others from Shehong County were reported as they spoke with people about Falun Gong. The arrests happened at Chengnan market in Taihe Town at around 3:00 p.m. on January 22, 2010. Taihe Police Station officers took them to the county detention center.

18. [Rizhao, Shandong Province] Ms. Hong Meixuang Held at the Ju County Detention Center

Luohu Police Department officers took Ms. Huang Xiyan from Shenzhen to the Guangzhou Women's Prison on January 12, 2010, to be held for three years.
20. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Gao Qingqin and Ms. Gao Lianzhen Persecuted
Ms. Gao Qingqin from Fuxin City is now being held at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. She has severe symptoms of breast cancer. Ms. Gao was taken to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp on December 2, 2009. The police officials told her family that Ms. Gao would be held for one year of forced labor. Ms. Gao's daughter is in high school and has to live with one of Ms. Gao's relatives.
Ms. Gao Lianzhen from Fuxin was put on trial in Qinghemen Court on January 21, 2010.
21. [Zengcheng, Guangdong Province] Related Information Regarding the Persecution of Mr. Liang Zhibiao
Mr. Liang Zhibiao originally worked at the Huangpu District government customs in Guangzhou City. He was forced from his job shortly after the Chinese Communist regime started the persecution of Falun Gong. His registered residence was in Huangpu, Guangzhou. Huangpu District Police Station personnel have harassed his father ever since. Mr. Liang went missing in mid July 2009. None of his relatives have heard anything from him.
