(Clearwisdom.net) I am 70 years old this year and barely know how to read. In the past, I had a lot of illnesses. It is Master who saved me!

I obtained the Fa on April 5, 1996. In the process of practicing cultivation, I have gradually realized how great and profound Falun Dafa is, and I have much personal experience to share.

1. Truly Practicing Falun Dafa and Firmly Walking the Fa-rectification Path after Experiencing the Miracle of Dafa

Before I practiced Dafa, I had many health problems, such as heart disease, emphysema, bronchiectasis, and prolapse of the lumbar intervertebral disc. It was difficult to move about, and I became deaf due to repeated injections of medication. However, after I practiced Dafa, all my ailments disappeared. While doing the exercises at the practice site, Master cleaned out all the bad things in my body from head to toe. Twelve days after I obtained the Fa, a white round object entered my lower abdominal area, which I learned later was a Falun.

Master kept on purifying my body in the following days, which allowed me to experience the wonderfulness of real health. I knew that Master cleaned out the roots of my diseases. Seeing that I had a wish to be a cultivator, Master mercifully provided me with salvation and took care of me. I am determined. I cannot in any way disappoint Master. Whatever happens, I will firmly walk well on the cultivation path that Master arranged for me.

It was snowing on March 31, 1997. I was doing the "Holding the Wheel in Front of the Head" second exercise at the practice site and started to feel very tired. I thought to myself, "I'm a practitioner. 'When it's impossible to do, you can do it.' (Zhuan Falun)" I suddenly felt my whole get body hot, and sweat was pouring off my face. A fellow practitioner asked me, "Why are you so hot?" I replied, "It is truly miraculous." I put my palms together in "heshi" while saying, "Thank you, Master!"

Through practicing cultivation, my mind and body have undergone great changes. Although I am an older practitioner, I have regained my menstrual period several times. On April 25, 1999, I went to the provincial government and the People's Daily agency to validate the Fa. Police officers started to come to my home to harass me several times, but I didn't cooperate with them at all. They asked me to sign a guarantee statement promising to stop practicing Falun Gong. I replied, "In no way will I sign it!" Whoever came, I said, "Falun Dafa is good" and told them miraculous stories of practicing Dafa. I clarified the truth to them and tried to persuade them not to commit crimes against Dafa disciples, not to believe the lies from the media, and not to harass me anymore. They agreed and never returned.

In 2002, I was clarifying the facts to people in the morning market. Suddenly I felt as if I were being lifted up by a crane and then fell on the ground. I knew that I could have died right then but I was safe and sound because Master saved me.

In December 2003, I was cleaning my house. Finding a light bulb that didn't work, I stood on a small chair to fix it. I fell and landed on my head. It felt as though I was broken into many pieces. I cried, "Master, help me please." At once, I felt that I was whole again.

In 2007 while I was standing on a chair to clean, again I fell. I cried out at once, "Master, help me please!" and I sent forth righteous thoughts. Then it seemed as if nothing had happened. I knew that it was Master who saved me again. Otherwise, I, an older woman in her 70s, would have had several fractures. I deeply appreciate Master's benevolent care. I am determined to save as many sentient beings as I possibly can and consider the three things that Master gave me as my sacred mission.

Master said,

"For a Fa-rectification period Dafa disciple, personal liberation is not the goal of cultivation: when you came, saving sentient beings was your great aspiration, and that is the responsibility and mission history has bestowed upon you in Fa-rectification. Thus great numbers of beings are to be saved by you. Dafa disciples, don't forsake the magnificent responsibility that has been bestowed upon you in Fa-rectification, and even less should you disappoint those beings, as you are now their only hope for entering the future. For this reason, all Dafa disciples, students both new and veteran, should get to work and begin comprehensively clarifying the truth." ("Let Go of Human Attachments and Save the World's People" in 2004)

After I studied Master's words above, I deeply realized how great our responsibility is and how urgent saving sentient beings is.

2. From Validating the Fa and Saving Sentient Beings, I Became Mature While Doing the Three Things Well

During the past several years, I kept on clarifying the truth to strangers in public and encouraged them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). I am introverted and rarely spoke to strangers in the past. Therefore, it was very difficult to talk to strangers at the beginning. Sometimes, I said very little. Even though I initiated the conversation, I couldn't get to the point. Before clarifying the truth face-to-face, I often distributed informational materials. Although I felt pressured sometimes, it went pretty well as long as I had strong righteous thoughts instead of notions of being afraid. However, clarifying the truth face-to-face is different. Right away you can see obvious results whether a sentient being is saved. If I don't save the person, I didn't clarify the truth well enough.

For a while, I felt that I did very bad compared with fellow practitioners. Some practitioners can help many people quit the CCP in one day, while I wasn't able to help even one. After looking within, the magic tool that Master gave us, I found many attachments and issues, such as the human heart of finishing a task, validating myself, being concerned about saving face, and many others. As I gradually got rid of them, my ability to successfully explain the truth to strangers improved. However, I still felt that it was not good enough. By studying the Fa more and upgrading myself within the Fa, I realized that the cause was that my fundamental reason wasn't based on saving sentient beings--I treated it as a task that needed to be completed. I didn't realize the importance and urgency of saving sentient beings. After I deepened my understanding, my clarifying the truth to strangers improved. For the past two years, I have been studying the Fa in the morning and going out to clarify the truth in the afternoon. Usually, I can help five to six people quit the CCP in one day.

3. Helping Master with Fa-rectification Is My Mission, Clarifying the Truth to Save More Sentient Beings

I clarified the facts to a police officer from the Politics and Law Committee in 2008, but he refused to listen. I sent forth a righteous thought: "He will quit in the future when he encounters fellow practitioners." On September 28, 2009, I ran into him again so I explained the truth to him again. He finally understood and happily quit the CCP. In addition, he put his palms together in the heshi gesture and said, "Thank you!" I replied, "Please thank my Master!"

I deeply realize that what I have done is far from enough. Right now, I need to study the Fa and study the Fa more. I must help Master with Fa-rectification and save more sentient beings. This is my mission. However, I also know that it is Master and Dafa who actually save sentient beings. I am just fulfilling my vows. I believe that when we have a pure heart, a positive attitude, and righteous thoughts, Master will take care of us and help us fulfill our sacred missions.
