(Clearwisdom.net) There are 44 Falun Dafa practitioners currently imprisoned in the Hebei Province Women's Prison (also known as the Shijiazhuang Women's Prison).

1. Qian'an City (four practitioners):

Ms. Duan Guiping is in her 50s and is from Xiyu Village, Taipingzhuang Township, Qian'an City. In 2007, the Qian'an City Court sentenced her to four years of prison time.

Ms. Liang Xiuqin is from also from Xiyu Village, Taipingzhuang Township. In 2007, the Qian'an City Court sentenced her to four years in prison.

Ms. Li Anli is Ms. Duan's daughter and is also from Xiyu Village. In 2007, the Qian'an City Court sentenced her to three years.

Ms. Zhao Cuihua was sentenced to two years in prison. Her personal information is not known at this time.

2. Tanghai County (eight practitioners):

On September 25, 2007, Ms. Zhang, Ms. Tong Ruifen, and Mr. Wu Junshi were delivering Falun Dafa fliers when officers from the Qinongchang Police Station arrested them. On December 24, 2007, the Tanghai County Court tried the three practitioners but did not announce a verdict. The court later secretly sentenced Mr. Wu (in his 70s) to a three-and-a-half year term and sent him to Jidong Prison. He was later sent home due to health problems. Both Ms. Zhang and Ms. Tong were sentenced to three-year terms and taken to the women's prison.

Ms. Sun Cuiqing is in her 60s and was sentenced to four years in prison. On April 1, 2009, she was incarcerated.

Ms. Xu Na is in her 60s. On June 10, 2008, Li Fuguo and several officers from the Domestic Security Brigade arrested Ms. Xu at her home. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books, CDs, and her computer. On July 23, the South District Court on Nanshan Road tried Ms. Xu. On August 14, the court sentenced her to a four-and-a-half-year term. On January 1, 2009, she was taken to the women's prison.

Ms. Liu Xiaoling is in her 60s. She was sentenced to five years and admitted to the prison in June 2009.

Ms. Yang Shuzhi is in her 40s. She was sentenced to five years and taken to the prison in June 2009.

Ms. Qin Pengzhen is in her 60s. Sentenced to five years, she was admitted to the prison in June 2009.

Ms. Zhao Yufang is in her 50s. She was sentenced to three years and taken to the prison in June 2009.

On June 11, 2008, Ms. Liu, Ms. Yang and her husband Mr. Zhang Jianjun (not a practitioner), Ms. Qin, and Ms. Zhao were telling people the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong in Luannan County. Officers from Chengguan Police Station in Luannan County arrested them. At 3:00 a.m. the next day, Li Guofu from the Tanghai County Domestic Brigade and officers from Luannan County searched Ms. Liu's house and confiscated her Falun Dafa books and personal property.

3. Guzhi District (one practitioner):

On September 11, 2007, officers from the Northwest District Police Station in Zhaogezhuang arrested Mr. Bi Junqing and his wife, Ms. Wang Shouping, at their home. Mr. Bi, 56, is a miner at the Zhaogezhuang Mine in Tangshan City. In February 2000, he was held the Guzhi Detention Center for four months for going to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. He was later held at the Hehuakeng Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan for one year. In September 2001, he was taken to the brainwashing center located in the Hebei Textile Staff & Workers' University, Tangshan Branch, and tortured for two years and ten months. On March 24, 2008, the Guzhi District Court secretly tried Mr. Bi and Ms. Wang without notifying their families. Mr. Bi and Ms. Wang were sentenced to eight and seven years respectively. Mr. Bi is now incarcerated in Jidong Prison. Ms. Wang, 55, is being held at the women's prison.

4. Qianxi County (two practitioners):

Ms. Chuai Cuijun is from Michengzhuang Village, Xinzhuangzi Township, Qianxi County. On May 13, 2006, Ms. Chuai went to Yuhuzhai Township in Qianxi to deliver Falun Dafa materials, and police officers arrested her. She was sent to the Qianxi County Detention Center. The guards force-fed her, drew her blood, and put handcuffs and shackles on her. The police and government officials forged evidence and she was subsequently sentenced to a five-year term. On April 16, 2007, she was taken to the women's prison. She is now in the Third Ward.

Ms. Chuai was brainwashed and forced to do slave labor in the prison. She was deprived of sleep and not allowed to see or call her family.

Ms. Chai Junxia is from also from Michengzhuang Village, Xinzhuangzi Township. On the evening of July 18, 2007, Zhu Zhenggang from the Qianxi Domestic Brigade and Zhang Boyin from the Chengguan Police Station led a dozen police officers to arrest Ms. Chai at her home. She was sentenced to four years in prison. On April 21, 2008, she was taken to the women's prison. She is now in the Sixth Ward.

Guard Wu Hongxia in the Sixth Ward beat Ms. Chai and tortured her with an electric baton in January 2010. Wu also locked her up in solitary confinement and deprived her of sleep. Ms. Chai became ill as a result and could not obtain medical treatment.

5. Fengrun District (ten practitioners):

Ms. Wang Lifen and Ms. Liu Zhihua are from Zhongmenzhuang Village, Hancheng Town, the Fengrun District. On the afternoon of December 29, 2007, officers from the Fengrun District 610 Office Domestic Security Brigade and the Hancheng Town Police Station arrested Ms. Wang and Ms. Liu and tortured them in the Fengren Detention Center. On November 2008, the Fengrun District Court secretly sentenced Ms. Wang to three years and Ms. Liu to four. On November 17, 2008, they were taken to the women's prison.

Ms. Sun Xiuyun is from Da'anlezhuang Village, Fengrun Town in the Fengrun District. On May 17, 2008, Ms. Sun told people about Falun Dafa in a market. Police officers arrested her and put her in the Fengrun District Detention Center. Director Song Dianchun, deputy director Wu Yuliang, and collaborator Ma Xiumei tortured her on a death bed for three days. In November 2008, the Fengrun District Court sentenced Ms. Sun to a three-and-a-half year term. She was taken to the women's prison on November 17, 2008.

Ms. Yang Yanping lived in the Fengrun District. On the afternoon of July 24, 2008, in Hezhuangzi Village, Jiangjiaying Township, she told people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Police officers from the Jiangjiaying Township arrested her. That evening, officers from the Domestic Security Brigade broke into Ms. Yang's home, and, with no one present, took her computer, printer, DVD player, Dafa books and materials, and her money. Ms. Yang was then tortured in a detention center. On April 15, 2009, she was taken to the women's prison.

Ms. Jin Shuxia learned Falun Dafa in 2006. On May 7, 2008, Ms. Jin and Ms. Chen Lijuan went to Biguxiu Village, Huoshiying Town, the Fengrun District, to clarify the facts of Falun Dafa. Zeng Xianghai from the Fengrun District Domestic Brigade and other police officers arrested them and put them in a detention center. On September 12, 2008, the Fengrun District Court sentenced Ms. Jin to one year in prison and Ms. Chen to three-and-a-half years. In November 2008, they were taken to the women's prison.

Ms. Ling Yun is from Zicaowu Village in the Fengrun District. She is not a practitioner but is very supportive of Falun Dafa. She made her own fliers to help practitioners clarify the facts of the suppression of Falun Gong. On the morning of March 10, 2009, officers from the Fengrun Public Safety Bureau arrested Ms. Ling at her home and searched her house. The officers confiscated her Falun Gong books, computer, and printer. She was sentenced to three years and is now incarcerated at the women's prison.

Ms. Dou Suqin, 60, is from Baiguantun Town in the Fengrun District. She is currently being held in the Third Ward of the prison.

Ms. Zhang Shuwen, 42, is also from Baiguantun Town. She is currently being held in the First Ward.

Ms. Liu Guijuan, 45, is from Baiguantun Town, too. She is currently detained in the Tenth Ward. She has gone blind in one eye due to torture and cannot see clearly without bright light out of the other.

6. Tangshan City (eight practitioners):

Ms. Yu Shuying was sentenced to three years in 2007 and detained in the women's prison.

Ms. Hui Hui was sentenced to seven-and-a-half years. She was taken to the women's prison in January 2007.

Mr. Li Guocai and his wife, Ms. Zhang Zongsu, are in their 60s. They both retired from the Tangshan City Construction Bureau. In April 2007, plainclothes officers arrested and took them to the Diaoyutai Police Station. They were later transferred to the Tangshan First Detention Center. In October 2007, the Lubei Court in Tangshan sentenced Mr. Li to four years and Ms. Zhang to seven. Mr. Li was taken to the Jidong Prison. In April 2008, Ms. Zhang was taken to the women's prison.

Ms. Jiao Xuemei previously worked at the Tangshan Heating Power Company. Officers from the Xishandao Police Station arrested her at work right before the Olympics in 2008. In November of that year she was sentenced to a three-year term. Ms. Jiao appealed in the Tangshan Intermediate Court and the court upheld the original sentence. On April 1, 2009, Ms. Jiao was taken to the women's prison.

Officers from Lunan Public Safety Bureau and the Beiwen Police Station in Tangshan arrested Ms. Zhao Yabin, 46, at her home. The officials forged evidence and a deposition, and as a result she was sentenced to seven years in prison. She appealed in the Tangshan Intermediate Court and the court upheld the original sentence. On April 1, 2009, Ms. Zhao was taken to the women's prison.

Ms. Luo Zhijian previously worked at the Tangshan Iron & Steel Company. On July 6, 2008, officers from the Zhaoyangdao Police Station arrested her and took her to the Tangshan First Detention Center for almost eight months. During that time she was tortured on a death bed and handcuffed and shackled for 21 consecutive days. The following December, the Lubei Court sentenced her to three years in prison. Ms. Luo appealed in the Tangshan Intermediate Court , but the court upheld the original sentence. On April 1, 2009, she was taken to the women's prison.

Ms. Yue Chunpu, 65, was sentenced to three years in prison. She was admittedx to the women's prison in April 2009.

The Lubei Court sentenced Ms. Zhang Yueqin to five years in prison. She was taken to the women's prison in 2008.

On the morning of July 10, 2008, Chen Hong from the Beian Public Safety Bureau Domestic Security Brigade and ten officers (some from the Diaoyutai Police Station) went to Ms. Zhang's house in the Tangshan Power Plant Community. The officers broke the lock on the door, called two fire trucks, and had the firemen break into the house from a sixth floor window. The officers arrested Ms. Zhang; her husband, Mr. He Yixing; her youngest daughter, Ms. He Yan; and her son-in-law, Mr. Sun Fengli.

Mr. He is currently incarcerated in Jidong Prison in Tangshan. Ms. Zhang is being held at the women's prison. Ms. He Yan is in Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan.

7. Fengnan District (four practitioners):

In November 2008, Ms. Zhang Qiuping was sentenced to four years in prison and Ms. Liang Shufen to three years. They are now in the women's prison.

Around August 20, 2008, Ms. Li Yanling was sentenced to three years in prison and Ms. Zhao Shumin to three. They were taken to the women's prison.

8. Zunhua City (seven practitioners):

On April 24, 2008, the Zunhua City Court sentenced six Falun Gong practitioners.

Ms. Zhang Mengxia was sentenced to five years in prison, Ms. Xu Shuqin to four-and-a-half, Ms. Li Liping to three-and-a-half, Ms. Zhao Fengxia to three, Ms. Zhang Yuehua to three, and Ms. Wang Cuihua to three. They were all taken to the women's prison.

Ms. Wang Ning is from Shengshuiyuan Village, Tiechang Town, Zunhua City. In the spring of 2008, Ms. Wang was arrested and sentenced to five years in prison, and was taken to the women's prison.
