1. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
On February 24, 2010, personnel from the 610 Office in Zibo City as well as the 610 Office in Hengtai County, arrested several Falun Gong practitioners and searched their homes. Among them, were Mr. Li Yuxiang and his wife (in their late 50s), Mr. Zhang Kuixian and his wife (in their 70s), Mr. Wang Hongbao (in his 70s), Mr. Yu Dahuan (in his late 70s), Mr. Li Yubao (in his late 50s), Mr. Wang Liren (in his late 50s), Ms. Jing Hao, Ms. Geng Yanmei, Mr. Wei Qirong, Ms. Li Xuping, Ms. Liu Cuilan, Ms. Shen Yuzhen, and Ms. Liu Suping. Several of the practitioners were held at the brainwashing center in Houbu Village, Guoli Town, Hengtai County. Mr. Li Yuxiang, Mr. Wang Liren, Mr. Li Yubao, Ms. Jing Hao, Ms. Geng Yanmei, and Ms. Li Xuping were held at the Zibo City Detention Center. Mr. Li Yuxiang's wife, Ms. Shu Jinlan, and Mr. Wang Hongbao did not pass the physical exam and were sent home after being forced to pay 5,000 yuan without being given a receipt.
2. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Fengxian and Ms. He Xianyin Arrested
At approximately 9:00 a.m. on March 8, 2010, Ms. Zhang Fengxian and Ms. He Xianyin, in her 70s, were arrested while talking to others about Falun Gong in Wan'an Town, Huayang County. Their whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Qian'an City, Hebei Province] Eight Practitioners Taken to Forced Labor Camp
On March 1, 2010, Ms. Tang Xiuqin and her daughter, Ms. Jia Qiufeng, were arrested at home. On the same day, Ms. Duan Lianxia, and Ms. Zhang Shuyan from Renzhuang Village, Kouzhuang Township, were also arrested. On March 2, 2010, Ms. Wen Qingjuan was arrested at home. On March 3, 2010, Ms. Yuan Chunlin was arrested. At approximately 5:00 p.m. on the same day, Ms. Dong Yali and Ms. Zhang Guiru, both from Magangzi Village, were arrested. All eight practitioners were taken to Kaiping Forced Labor Camp on March 4, 2010. Due to their physical conditions, Ms. Duan Linxia and Ms. Zhang Shuyan were transferred to the Qian'an Brainwashing Center.

4. [Boli County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Tang Yuqin Harassed
On March 4 and 5, 2010, officers from the Boli County Domestic Security Division and Yang Zhong, deputy director of the Tiexi Police Station in Boli County, went to Ms. Tang Yuqin's husband's business location twice and harassed them. The husband was also followed on his way home.
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on March 7, 2010, police officers knocked on Ms. Tang's door for nearly an hour until the neighbors complained.

5. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Mr. Wen Chunfu Arrested
On February 21, 2010, Mr. Wen Chunfu, an employee of the No. 1 Hydrologic Team of the Kunming City Department of Geology and Mineral Industries, was reported while distributing materials about Falun Gong in the Jinyuan Garden Neighborhood. On the same day, his home was searched by the Guandu District Domestic Security Division, and his personal property was confiscated. Mr. Wen was taken to the Guandu District Detention Center. After several tests showed that his blood pressure was too high, the detention center refused to admit him. The officers had to release him.
6. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Zhu Rongzhen Arrested
Ms. Zhu Rongzhen, who was born on May 23, 1953, was reported to the authorities while distributing Falun Gong related materials at a farmer's market in Chenggong County, Kunming City, on February 24, 2010. Several minutes later, officers from the police station and the Chenggong Domestic Security Division arrived and took Ms. Zhu home so they could search it. Ms. Zhu was later taken to the police station where she was held until around 3:00 p.m. the next day when she was taken to the Chenggong County Detention Center. She was not admitted to the detention center because her blood pressure was too high. The Domestic Security Division conditionally released Ms. Zhu the same evening pending trial.
When Ms. Zhu was taken to the detention center, the Domestic Security Division dispatched two officers to search Ms. Zhu's home.

8. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Jiang Yunlin Died as a Result of Persecution
In November 2001, officers from the local police station, the 610 Office, the Jilin City Public Security Department, and the Changyi Branch arrested Mr. Jiang Yunlin and took him to the Jilin City Detention Center. Afterward, officers from the local police station and the 610 Office went to Mr. Jiang's home to harass him. After he was released, Mr. Jiang was taken to the brainwashing center. In February 2008, he was forced to leave home to avoid the constant harassment. However, the police would not leave his family alone and kept harassing his children. As a result of the long-term physical and mental pressures, Mr. Jiang died on February 17, 2010, at the age of 60.
9. [Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Zheng Shouhe Forced to Pay Bribes
In September 2009, Mr. Zheng Shouhe was arrested by the Kequ Public Security Branch in Tongliao City and was detained for one day. The 84-year-old former teacher was released after being forced to pay 3,000 yuan in bribes. Meng Garidi, an officer from the 268 District Police Station, has regularly harassed Mr. Zheng and his family since late 2009.

10. [Yuzhou City, Henan Province] Mr. Li Maitun Still Detained at the City Detention Center
Mr. Li Maitun from Yuzhou City was reported by Li Qiaochun from the city's Domestic Security Division for producing Falun Gong materials. On November 26, 2009, he was arrested at home by the Domestic Security Division. He is still being held at the city detention center.

11. [Hengqu County, Shanxi Province] Mr. Zhang Guangjun Detained at Houma Detention Center
On February 5, 2010, Mr. Zhang Guangjun, an employee of the Copper Smelting Plant of the Zhongtiaoshan Non-ferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd., was arrested by Liu Xurui and other officers from the Quwo Domestic Security Division. He was later transferred to Houma Detention Center.

12. [Suizhong County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Yonghua's Home Searched
Before 7:00 a.m. on March 9, 2010, Li Changhua, chief of the Suizhong County Domestic Security Division, and three other officers went to Ms. Li Yonghua's home. They harassed the family and ransacked the place. Li Changhua beat Ms. Li, who is close to 60, making her dizzy, and she fell down. Li Changhua threatened to arrest her. The officers confiscated her Falun Gong materials and other personal items.
On March 8, 2010, Li Changhua went to Ms. Li's home to harass her again. Ms. Li was not home at that time. She has been harassed previously as well.

At approximately 5:00 a.m. on March 6, 2010, Mr. Li Qing from the South District, Qingdao City, who is in his 50s, was reported while distributing Falun Gong materials. He was arrested by personnel from the Jinmen Road Police Station. He was later released after a physical exam showed severe symptoms of diabetes.

18. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Recent Information on Weixing Road Police Station in Changchun City
On February 26, 2010, Qian Lixin, director of the Weixing Road Police Station in Changchun City; Jiang Zhiguo, deputy director of the police station; and several other officers went to the home of Ms. Dong Fengqin, an employee at the Changchun Automobile Brake Factory, searched it, and took her to the police station. They then took her to the Weizigou Detention Center despite the fact that her high blood pressure was dangerously high. Ms. Dong was later released after her family had 20,000 yuan extorted from them.
On March 5, 2010, officers from the Weixing Road Police Station went to the Changchun Automobile Brake Factory and arrested Ms. Yu Fengqin, who was released later.
On March 8, 2010, officers from the Weixing Road Police Station went to Ms. Chi Guilan's home and searched it. Ms. Chi, who was babysitting at home, was taken to the police station. She is being held at the Weizigou Detention Center.

19. [Chongqing City, Sichuan Province] Information on Chongqing City Women's Forced Labor Camp
On August 16, 2009, Ms. Tan Yulan was reported and arrested while distributing Falun Gong materials. She was later sentenced to an 18 months and taken to the Chongqing City Women's Forced Labor Camp.
The Chongqing City Women's Forced Labor Camp forced practitioners, who were steadfast in their belief to stand in military poses or to squat under the baking sun everyday. The practitioners had to stand upright until midnight or 2:00 a.m.
On December 5, 2009, Ms. Tan and Ms. Zhang Zhengyin heard a practitioner being beaten in an adjacent room. Ms. Zhang ran over and shouted, "Stop beating that good person!" The next day, the guards, along with some drug offender inmates, severely beat Ms. Zhang until she passed out and fell down.
On February 6, 2010, Ms. Tan was told to collect her personal belongings and go home. Officials withheld 360 yuan Ms. Tan had been carrying in cash. When her mother came to pick her up, they extorted another 600 yuan in cash.
