(Clearwisdom.net) Ding Yonggang, who was deputy director of the police department at Zhangbei County Hebei Province, went to the home of a local resident to visit prostitutes at 11:15 p.m. on December 5, 2009. He was caught by his family members and prevented from leaving the house. In despair, he jumped from the third floor window and died immediately. The Chinese government website reported that when Ding Yonggang was inspecting police stations in Zhangbei County he had a sudden heart attack and died despite emergency medical intervention.
Ding Yonggang not only took advantage of his position of authority to visit prostitutes, but was also the principal official who persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in Zhangbei County. He was repeatedly rewarded by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for his outstanding performance in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. During the Olympic Games in 2008 he ordered more than three thousand teachers and government employees in Zhangbei County to monitor and persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Almost all Falun Gong practitioners who were on his blacklist were illegally arrested, and most were detained at local government buildings, schools, or factories. Some were detained at Zhangjiakou Brainwashing Center, while others were sentenced to forced labor. The remaining practitioners were detained at Zhangjiakou Detention Center and the Detention Center in Zhangbei County, and were then sentenced to imprisonment by the court. There are eleven Falun Gong practitioners including Gao Qizhi who were detained at Hebei Women's Prison.
There is an old saying, that after committing numerous crimes against innocent people, one will have to bear full responsibility.
