(Clearwisdom.net) The World Expo in Shanghai will open on May 1, 2010. There will be crowds of people and a huge inflow of information. The 610 Office of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has launched an operation to exploit the Expo as a platform from which to viciously discredit Falun Gong. To coordinate and control the operation, the 610 Office issued a secret seven-page document titled "Preaching Outlines." This internal document was marked as "classified" and "web-site search prohibited." Sample pages of the document can be seen at: http://minghui.ca/mh/articles/2010/4/22/221953.html
This document has reportedly been distributed in different formats and under different titles to all branches of the 610 Office in China. The version of the document issued by the 610 Office of Qianxi, Hebei Province, was in the form of a memorandum entitled, "The Leader Committee Office Guidelines for Prevention and Response to Cult-Related Issues during Shanghai World Expo."
The 610 Office is a spy organization similar to the Leadership Committee during the Cultural Revolution and Nazi Germany's Gestapo. To misdirect the attention of the media and the international community, many 610 Offices have changed their name to "The Leadership Group Office for Prevention and Management of Heresy Problems."
The 610 Office was established in June 1999, by the Jiang/Luo group of the CCP for the express purpose of persecuting Falun Gong. Since then, it has expanded its power and assigned personnel to many sectors of the Chinese government, including public security, national security, foreign affairs, business enterprises and neighborhood committees. The 610 Office conceals the truth about and defames Falun Gong, while secretly directing the imprisonment and abuse of Falun Gong practitioners. Over the past 10 years it has used every occasion, including holidays such as New Years, anniversaries, formal conferences and other public events, as a pretext for defaming Falun Gong. At the same time, it has used its power to monitor, arrest and harass Falun Gong practitioners in China.
