(Clearwisdom.net) After practicing Falun Dafa for fourteen years now, I feel that I have grown into a true disciple, a being belonging to the new universe. Looking back, I can see that Teacher had rescued me from hell.

During these years ten years of Fa-rectification cultivation, not only has my cultivation reached a certain realm, but Dafa has blessed my family, too. My relatives are happy and in good health, grateful for Teacher's kindness and Dafa's benevolence.

I would like to share two stories about my family.

My Daughter Is Reborn

My daughter was born mentally handicapped. When I began practicing Falun Dafa in the spring of 1996, my daughter also took up the practice. Because of her speech impediment, instead of reading Master's Fa lectures out-loud, as a family, we hand-copied the lectures.

The more we copied, the more our family benefited. As a result, her speech became smoother and smoother, and her eyes became clear and bright. She can now recite many Hong Yin poems.

She has been copying Master's lectures for fourteen years now, including: Zhuan Falun, Zhuan Falun Volume II, Explaining the Content of Falun Dafa, Essentials for Further Advancement, Guiding the Voyage, the Lecture in Sydney, the Lecture in the United States, Teaching the Fa in North America, Teaching the Fa in Europe, and many others. Although she walks very slowly, and it takes a long time for her to copy Master's teachings, she remains undaunted.

She is now able to converse freely with fellow practitioners and share cultivation experiences with them. When she sees their shortcomings, she kindly points them out to them. She is also able to look within and find her own attachments and remove them. She now thinks clearly and her speech is normal. She is intelligent and very organized. She has a beautiful face and her complexion is radiant. My relatives and friends are stunned by the changes that she's gone through.

Our compassionate Teacher has given her wisdom and a new life.

My Mother Obtained a New Life

My mother suffered from Alzheimer's disease in 2005 and almost died. After being confined to bed for a long time, she began suffering from spinal cord trauma, abdominal adhesions, and ulcers of the stomach, esophagus, and duodenum. In addition, she developed a severe case of mouth ulcers, making it virtually impossible for her to eat or drink anything for over twenty days.

She was so mentally confused, that she was unable to recognize her own family members. As a result, she was unable to follow the doctor's prescribed treatment. The doctors told our family that she had just a matter of days to live.

Defying all odds, my mother made it though. After returning home, I taught her to recite "Falun Dafa is good," and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good." Because of her poor memory, my sisters and I had to teach her to recite these words every day for six months. Slowly, mother's thoughts became clearer and clearer and her memory improved.

She was no longer muddleheaded and was even able to take care of herself. It was so gratifying to hear her tell me one day: "Falun Dafa has taken root in my heart. We thank Master Li for making our family what it is today."

Every day, when we remind her to recite, "Falun Dafa is good," and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good," she immediately presses her hands together and begins saying the words aloud and in a clear voice.

There used to be a lot of discord in my family. Our elderly father disliked me and my sisters, and in turn, we would get very impatient with him. It was a very messy situation. When my mother was sick, I clarified the truth to her and the rest of my family.

I told them about the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and why they needed to withdraw from the party and its affiliated organizations. My two sisters have also read Zhuan Falun. As a result, our family has become warm and joyful.

One day, my mother told me in an emotional voice: "This is the divine power of Falun Dafa! Who else could have changed our family? I am so lucky!"

Our whole family has been blessed by Dafa's mighty power.
