(Clearwisdom.net) In July, the Yunlian family from Wuhan City shared the following heartfelt stories with me. Their stories are just like a clear spring, refreshing even during the intense summer heat, and their stories express great gratitude to Teacher and Dafa, from the depths of their hearts.

Yunlian: Three Times in Great Danger, Dafa Showed Magnificent Power

My name is Yunlian (alias) and I am 53 years old. I was very fortunate to begin cultivating in Falun Dafa in October 1998. I previously had many illnesses, but less than six months after I began practicing, my illnesses disappeared. Master Li purified my body and heart. I avoided harm in dangerous situations three times with Master's protection. I am very grateful for Master Li's compassionate protection.

1. Handcuffs Opened By Themselves

In January, 2001, I went to Beijing to validate the Fa and was illegally arrested and sent back to Wuhan City. I was locked in a small room inside a police station and both my hands were cuffed to a wooden chair. I thought that I should not be locked in there, as I needed to go out and save sentient beings. So I talked to the handcuffs and communicated with them. Meanwhile I rubbed my hands back and forth slowly on the chair. Within just a few minutes, the handcuffs magically opened! At the same time, the police officer who was watching me went to answer the phone. A few other officers sat at the door reading newspapers, and it looked like they were not watching. So I walked out of the police station righteously.

2. "Falun Gong Teacher Protects You"

One day in early April 2005, it was past 5:00 p.m. I was riding a bike on my way home from work. When I crossed the street, a taxi suddenly hit me and threw me about one meter. I hit the ground and immediately fainted. My bicycle's rear wheel was bent like a pretzel. Gradually I woke up and saw that the traffic police had come. There were also many people surrounding me. I sat up slowly and told the police, the taxi driver, and the surrounding people, "I am a Falun Gong practitioner. I am fine. You can go." I also told them that our Falun Gong practitioners don't bring trouble to others. A lady on the scene said loudly to the driver, "I saw you hit her and somehow your car threw her away. Today you met a great person who practices Falun Gong!" Another person said, "Your Falun Gong Teacher protects you!" I stood up slowly and walked back home by myself. Although I felt a little pain in my body, it slowly disappeared after I practiced the exercises.

3. Symptoms of a Stroke Disappear Within a Month

On the evening of April 1, 2007, I was sorting things in the attic at home. Suddenly I fell to the floor and fainted. My family rushed me to the emergency room in an army hospital. The diagnosis showed that there were many hemorrhaged areas inside my brain and that my brain was full of blood clots. The hospital immediately issued an Extremely Critical Condition Notice to my family and asked them to pay 100,000 yuan as soon as possible for brain surgery. My family members were shocked, and they didn't know how to get 100,000 yuan within such a short time.

At this extremely urgent moment, my daughter contacted a local Falun Gong coordinator. The coordinator immediately notified other practitioners to go to the hospital and send forth righteous thoughts. Soon I spit out pieces of thick blood clots and my face turned from gray and pale to normal. I gradually woke up from the coma. The first word I said was "I must go home!" I unplugged the intravenous and asked to be taken home. The coordinator talked with my family members who then took me back home.

After I returned home, I could not get up or take care of myself. The practitioners came to my home in turn to continuously send forth righteous thoughts for me, play Teacher's audio recordings, and study the Fa with me. A few practitioners together held me up so I could sit in the lotus position to do the meditation. The first day, I sat in the lotus position for 40 minutes. I persisted in studying the Fa and practicing the exercises every day. I excreted very thick and black stools during bowel movements. The practitioners helped me to wash and change the sheets. With help from fellow practitioners as a whole, I sent forth righteous thoughts, studied the Fa, and practiced the exercises. I believed in Teacher and Dafa. Two weeks later, I could take care of myself, study the Fa and practice the exercises by myself. Another ten days later, I had fully recovered!

Yunlian's Mother: I Must Cultivate the Fa Diligently and Follow Teacher Home

Ms. Wei, Yunlian's mother is 88 years old. She also obtained the Fa in 1998. Before she began practicing she had many illnesses, including rheumatic arthritis, and was frequently dizzy. Sometimes she suddenly fainted and fell. After she began practicing Falun Gong, her illnesses all disappeared. More mysteriously, her body changed, and she appeared younger. Her period unexpectedly came five times after many years of menopause. Actually this phenomenon also happened for many other senior female practitioners. Ms. Wang, 72, had menopause for 30 years, but she has had one period every year since 2008. Ms. Gong, 90, obtained the Fa in 1995. Her period came twice in 1996 and then came once every year after that. It is just as Teacher said in Zhuan Falun,

"Also, older women are likely to get their period back, because a practice that cultivates both your nature and longevity needs to have the qi of essence and blood to cultivate longevity. They'll get their period, but it won't be heavy. They'll have just a little bit at this stage, only the amount that's needed. That's another thing that's common." ("The First Talk," Zhuan Falun, 2003 translation)

Ms. Wei firmly believed in Teacher and the Fa. She often went out to clarify the truth, pass out truth-clarifying materials, and post posters displaying "Falun Dafa is Good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is Good" on the streets. Many pedestrians looked at her to figure out what such an old women was posting. Sometimes when the police saw her posting, they didn't make a sound and didn't dare to remove the posters. Ms. Wei also frequently saw big Faluns flying into her room from outside. She also saw her room full of big lotuses. Sometimes she dreamed that she sat on top of a big lotus and saw Teacher's Law Body. She told her daughter Yunlian very happily, "I must cultivate the Fa diligently and follow Teacher home."

Yunlian's Husband: I Must Express My Gratitude to Master

My name is He Xiong. I am Yunlian's husband. Before 1999, I started practicing Falun Gong together with Yunlian. I stopped practicing Falun Gong when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to persecute the practice on July 20, 1999, due to fear and because I had been deceived by the CCP lies. I also did not allow Yunlian to practice the exercises and study the Fa. As soon as I saw her practicing the exercises, I beat her. I often used a coke bottle to hit her head and used a club to hit her thigh. But she followed Master's teaching of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" and did not argue with me.

My wife had several big tribulations, especially the time she needed brain surgery which would have cost us 100,000 yuan. When I heard this, it was really a huge shock. Where could we get the 100,000 yuan? My wife and I were laid-off and my daughter needed money for school. It was difficult for us just to live. At this critical moment, I witnessed a miracle. I also witnessed that fellow practitioners came to my home in turn to bathe my wife, hold her up to practice the exercises, and study the Fa and send forth righteous thoughts together with her. Within less than a month, my wife fully recovered and we didn't spend a penny to treat her. I could not find the words to express my great gratitude when I saw this. I can't thank Teacher and Dafa enough from the depth of my heart.

Although I have not yet started again to cultivate the Fa, I have Teacher and the Fa in my heart at all times. Every week when Minghui Weekly is published, I read all the contents. I also study Teacher's new articles with great attention. I must use my actions to validate Dafa. Since her recovery, I often go out together with my wife to clarify the truth, pass out the truth-clarifying materials, and post the posters reading "Falun Dafa is Good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is Good." I also frequently use paper money to clarify the truth and during my work of delivering goods, I clarify the truth to everyone. I tell everyone the magnificence of Dafa and have told my manager and co-workers never to be against Falun Dafa. When my wife told me she wanted to go out to find a job and earn some money, I said to her, "Teacher and Dafa saved your life. You should contribute more to Dafa. Why do you want to go out to earn money?"

Yunlian's Brother: Attitude Completely Changed

Due to being deeply poisoned by the CCP lies, Yunlian's third elder brother was always against Dafa and disrespected Dafa. When he witnessed Yunlian's complete recovery from the stroke and witnessed the practitioners' selfless help and caring for her, he was deeply touched. He said, "No one can be so selfless to others except the Falun Gong practitioners. Falun Dafa is really magnificent! My younger sister was saved by Master Li from near death, without needing to spend a penny. Now I totally understand the truth of Falun Dafa." He and his entire family withdrew from the CCP and its related organizations. He said, "In the future, if I hear someone is against Dafa, I must disagree with them!"

Sincere Heartfelt Words from the Family

Master Li, you have given our entire family so many things that we can't express our gratitude. Deep in our hearts, we will cultivate ourselves diligently and strive to do the three things well. We will contribute our efforts to end the persecution and greet Master's return to the homeland as soon as possible. We are looking forward to Master and our disciples' great reunion and the great celebration throughout all the world!
