I began practicing Falun Gong in 1997. In December 2007, I was illegally sent to a labor camp for two years and five months. I was just recently released and returned home.

When I was in the labor camp, there was a drug offender named A Ping. She is the assistant leader of the team with power second only to the team leader. She knew Falun Dafa was good but had questions about the practice. She really liked to hear stories about ghosts and spirits. In the evening, if she was not chatting with other drug offfenders, she would call me over to chat. I often told her legends and stories about deities while answering her questions.

One day she called me over again. As I was telling her stories, I was struck by one thought: "I can't always tell so many stories about ghosts and spirits to satisfy her curiosity. I need to guide her to become a practitioner!" The subject shifted to Falun Gong. She listened intently (other people usually didn't dare to interrupt when we were talking). Suddenly she interjected, "I see gold stars flying out of your forehead. At first I thought I was hallucinating. I rubbed my eyes and looked at you again, and I saw the stars again." She had talked with Falun Dafa disciples with supernormal capabilities before, and was aware of the wonders of Falun Dafa. This time she saw it with her own eyes. She had little doubt left and asked me to recite poems for Hong Yin for her.

I often look back at that evening and recall that thought vividly. At that moment, I didn't have any distractions. All I had was that one thought that I needed to guide her to become a practitioner. That was the amazing power of a cultivator's true, righteous thought. Fellow practitioners, let us always think from the perspective of the Fa, be selfless, and be responsible for the sentient beings' eternal future. If we are able to do this, Dafa will demonstrate its magnificence through us.
