1. [Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhu Congxia on Hunger Strike
Ms. Zhu Congxia from Qixingpao, Nongken, Heilongjiang Province was arrested on September 26, 2011 and sent to the Jiusan Detention Center. She has been on a hunger strike for four days to protest the mistreatment.
2. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Information Regarding the Persecution of Mr. Chen Shihe and Mr. Lu Zhongzheng
A group of police from Suining City broke in Mr. Chen Shihe’s home on July 11, 2011 and took many of his personal belongings including Falun Gong books, truth-clarifying materials, a desktop computer, two recording machines, two MP3 players, one MP4 player, one cell phone and around 30 yuan in cash. Mr. Chen was forcibly taken to the police station. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
Mr. Lu Zhongzheng was also arrested by Suining City police in the mid-June 2011. He is currently in the Yongxing Detention Center.
3. [Donge County, Shandong Province] Ms. Gao Yuzhen Arrested
Ms. Gao Yuzhen was arrested by Men Maotian, an officer from the Xincheng Police Station, while she was distributing Falun Gong materials on the morning of October 2, 2011.

4. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Additional Information Regarding the Persecution of Ms. Dai Dezhen
Meiyuan Police Station agents ransacked Ms. Dai Dezhen’s home on the afternoon of September 16, 2011. They took her Dafa books, 2,000 yuan in cash, a fan and a suit that she often wore. The police claimed that they often saw her in this suit in the surveillance video.

5. [Xian City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Liu Wanqiu Arrested in Xian City; Whereabouts Still Unknown
Fifty-eight-year-old Ms. Liu Wanqiu was an employee of the Lanzhou Chemical Industry Company in Gansu Province. She went to work in Xiaoyanta, Xian City in June 2011 and was followed when she clarified the truth about Falun Gong on July 25. The police took her into custody the following day and also ransacked her rental home. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.
6. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhan Shuoxiu Sent to a Labor Camp
Ms. Zhan Shuoxiu was arrested by Laizhou City police when she told people the facts about Falun Gong on August 27, 2011. She was held in the Laizhou City Detention Center for 10 days and then sentenced to one and a half years in a labor camp. The police transferred her to the Zibo Forced Labor Camp on the morning of September 28, but the officials refused to accpt her. Ms. Zhan was then transferred to Jinan City.

8. [Dianbai County, Guangdong Province] Additional Information on the Persecution of Mr. Liu Shaozai and Another Three Practitioners
Mr. Liu Shaozai, Ms. Mai Weilian, Ms. Pan Guihui and Ms. Hong Meifang were arrested and taken to a brainwashing center by Xiao Xiong, Dianbai County 610 Office head, on August 6, 2011. Ms. Pan and Ms. Hong have been released. Mr. Liu and Ms. Mai were transferred to the Dianbai No. 1 Detention Center.

9. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Mr. Zhang Hongwei Grossly Abused and Tortured in Jilin Prison
Mr. Zhang Hongwei showed many symptoms of illnesses due to the severe torture he suffered in the Jilin Prison. Prison officials still refused to release him.
10. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Zhihong Harassed by Police Numerous Times
The police from the Wangcun Township Police Station in Laishui County went to Ms. Chen Zhihong’s home to harass her on September 20, 21, 22 and September 28, 2011. They also attempted to arrest her and take her to the Laishui Brainwashing Center.

11. [Gangu County, Gansu Province] Ms. Zhang Caiqin and Ms. Zhang Xiaoming Subjected to Brainwashing in Lanzhou Women’s Prison
Ms. Zhang Caiqin and Ms. Zhang Xiaoming from Daxiangshan Town were arrested when they distributed truth-clarifying materials on February 15, 2011. They were sentenced to six years of imprisonment in July and sent to the Lanzhou Women’s Prison in Gansu Province.
On September 10, Lanzhou Women’s Prison police and the Gangu County Police Department agents broke into the home of Ms. Zhang Caiqin’s mother and forced the family to watch a video of Ms. Zhang Caiqin in prison. She looked unwell.
Ms. Zhang Caiqin, 55, was arrested and detained three times by Gangu County Police Department personnel. She was also subjected to 18 months of forced labor.
Ms. Zhang Xiaoming, 54, was arrested by the Gangu County police and detained for 28 days.
