(Clearwisdom.net) Today's News from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in nine cities or counties in eight provinces. In this report, eight practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least seven practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Jingmen City, Hubei Province] Ms. Fu Chuanying Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Center in Shihua Hotel

2. [Pengxi County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Pu Yuanling and Ms. Wang Qun Arrested
Ms. Pu Yuanling and Ms. Wang Qun, from Pengnan Town, were arrested by officials from the Pengnan Town Police Station when they were distributing Falun Gong materials around Pengnan Middle School on the afternoon of September 12, 2011. Their houses were also ransacked. They were transfered by Pengxi Domestic Security Division personnel to the Pengxi Detention Center that same night.

3. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Information Regarding the Persecution of Ms. Zhang Chunli
Ms. Zhang Chunli was transferred to the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City on or around October 12, 2011, after being held in the Yushu Detention Center for two weeks.
4. [Linxi County, Hebei Province] Mr. Jin Longzhou Arrested
Mr. Jin Longzhou was arrested at his home by Linxi County 610 Office officials Cao Shangbin and Yang Daihui on the morning of October 12, 2011. He is currently being detained and tortured in the brainwashing center at the Xingtai City Communist Party School.
5. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Yan Jinhua Sentenced to Four-Year Prison Sentence
Ms. Yan Jinhua was recently sentenced to four years of imprisonment. She is currently being held in the Xinjian County Detention Center.
6. [Linshui County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Chen Bing Arrested
Mr. Chen Bing was arrested on October 14, 2011 by officials from the Linshui County Domestic Security Division and the Dingping Town Police Station.
7. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Information on the Persecution of Four Practitioners Including Mr. Teng Wenzhi
Mr. Teng Wenzhi, Mr. Li Dehui, Mr. Yu Changshun, and Mr. Zhang Guoxiang, who were arrested on June 25, 2011 in Jinzhou District, were transferred to the Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center in Fushun City on October 12.
8. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Fu Shengtai from Xixi Village, Tanbu Town Arrested on October 14, 2011
9. [Beiliu City, Guangxi Province] Ms. Chen Chan and Ms. You Duanzhuang Sentenced to Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Chen Chan, 27, and Ms. You Duanzhuang, 58, were arrested and taken to a detention center on August 11, 2011, by officials from the Beiliu City Domestic Security Division and the Yulin City Domestic Security Division. The police also ransacked their home. On August 29 the two practitioners were transferred to the Nanning No. 1 Forced Labor Camp in Guangxi Province and sentenced to one year in the forced labor camp.
