1. [Laoting County, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Jinku Arrested

Mr. Li Jinku from Zhongbu Town, Laoting County, was illegally arrested by the director of the Zhongbu Town Police Station while clarifying the facts about Falun Gong to people in the Zhongbu Town Market on the morning of November 11, 2011.

2. [Huangchuan County, Henan Province] Mr. Yu Jingchun and Mr. Fan Tianhua Detained

Mr. Yu Jingchun and Mr. Fan Tianhua were arrested by officers from the Huangchuan County 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division while speaking with people about Falun Gong on the afternoon of November 16, 2011. They were taken to the Huangchuan County Detention Center. The next morning, six officers, led by chief Chen Lin, ransacked their homes.

3. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhu Cuiping Arrested

Ms. Zhu Cuiping was arrested at home on November 14, 2011.

4. [Shihezi City, Xinjiang Province] Ms. Li Gaiqun Arrested

Ms. Li Gaiqun, in her 60s, was recently arrested while speaking with people to clarify the facts about Falun Gong.

5. [Jing County, Hebei Province] Additional Information on the Arrests of Ms. Wang Jing and Two Other Practitioners

On the afternoon of September 20, 2011, Mr. Liu Jinqiang, a teacher from Wangqiansi Middle School, his wife, Ms. Wang Jing, and his friend Mr. Zhao Jinrui were on their way home from a shopping trip in Dezhou City. They were followed and then stopped and arrested by a group of officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Decheng District Police Sub-Bureau in Dezhou City, led by chief Zhang Xikun.

Ms. Wang Jing was transferred to the Jing County Detention Center on October 18, 2011, and was recently taken to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp to serve a one-year term.

Mr. Liu Jinqiang was transferred to the Hengshui Brainwashing Center.

6. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wei Lihua Taken to Handan Forced Labor Camp

Mr. Wei Lihua from Mudian Village, Mazhuang Town, Xinji City, was arrested by officers from the Xinji City 610 Office on August 24, 2011. He was released after several days of detention, but arrested again on September 20, 2011, and sentenced to one year of forced labor. He is being held at the Handan Forced Labor Camp.

7. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Kong Xiangying Arrested

A group of officers from the Liancheng Town Police Station, including Wang Ye, broke into Ms. Kong Xiangying's home by climbing over a wall and arrested her on November 14, 2011. Ms. Kong is being held at the Mengyin County 610 Office.

8. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Yang Cuiling Sentenced

Chief Liu Zhenting, deputy chief Wang Huilong, and several other officers from the Harqin Banner Domestic Security Division, as well as officers from the Yuanbaoshan District Police Department, arrested Ms. Yang Cuiling on June 13, 2011. Ms. Yang has been held at the Jinshan Detention Center since her arrest and was recently sentenced to prison.

9. [Duyun City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Lin Maohua Taken to Brainwashing Center

On the evening of November 15, 2011, a residential committee member went to Mr. Lin Maohua's home and deceived him in going to the committee's office. Mr. Lin was arrested by a group of officers from the Duyun City 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division on the way to the office. He is being held at the brainwashing center located at the Shabaopu Town Party School.

10. [Tongcheng County, Hubei Province] Detention of Ms. Jiang Sihua and Ms. Liu Yuantao Extended

Ms. Jiang Sihua and Ms. Liu Yuantao were reported on and arrested by officers from the Beigang Police Station while clarifying the facts about Falun Gong in Beigang Town, Tongcheng County, on October 30, 2011. They were taken to the Tongcheng County No. 2 Detention Center.

Ms. Jiang and Ms. Liu were to be released after two weeks of detention, but have not been let go yet, even though two weeks have passed.

11. [Foshan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wu Baimei Taken to Sanshui County Brainwashing Center

Ms. Wu Baimei was taken to the Sanshui County Brainwashing Center on November 9, 2011.

12. [Chongqing] Ms. Tang Li and Her Husband Arrested

Ms. Tang Li and her husband were arrested by officers from the 610 Office on November 1, 2011.

13. [Chongqing] Mr. Zhang Shengquan Arrested; Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Zhang Shengquan was released from the Jiulongpo District Detention Center at the end of October 2011, but was arrested again in early November. His current whereabouts are unknown.

14. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Lei Xinghua Taken to Xinjin Brainwashing Center

Mr. Lei Xinghua, with mailing address P.O. Box 106, was arrested by officers from the Jianshe Road Police Station on the morning of November 10, 2011. He is being held at the Xinjin Brainwashing Center.
