1. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Guan Yan Subjected to Forced Labor

Mr. Wang Nanfang, Ms. Guan Yan and Ms. Chen Shuhua accompanied Ms. Zheng Hongying's relatives to the Qingyuan Court to inquire about Ms. Zheng's current situation, and were subsequently arrested by officers from the Yaozhan Police Station. They were detained for two weeks in the Qingyuan County Police Department before Mr. Wang and Ms. Guan were sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. A physical exam disqualified Mr. Wang, so the labor camp officials refused to admit him, and he was released. Ms. Guan was subjected to one year of forced labor. Ms. Chen has since returned home.

Ms. Ren Juling was arrested on the afternoon of December 10, 2011, as she was posting information about Falun Gong. Her home was searched, and her laptop computer, CDs, Falun Gong books, and other personal belongings were taken. Ms. Ren is currently being held at the Rongcheng City Police Department.

3. [Cangzhou, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Changjun and His Family Recently Arrested

Mr. Zhang Changjun has lived away from his hometown for many years to avoid being persecuted. He is currently in Tianjin. Tianjin police arrested Mr. Zhang and his wife at home in the middle of the night on December 7.

Mr. Gao Yuanzhuang, Ms. Liu Shenglian, Ms. Liu Yuhua, and Mr. Yao Zhenhua from Jinhe Town were arrested at noon on December 5.

5. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Tian Qingling and Others Arrested

Ms. Tian Qingling went missing on December 9, and she is currently being held in the Harbin City No. 2 Detention Center. Mr. Liu Jianmin, 39, and Ms. Zhang Dongmei, 40, from the Dongli District were arrested on the evening of December 8. Officers from the Jiankang Road Police Station ransacked their homes.

6. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrest of Mr. Zheng Huaizhi

Mr. Zheng Huaizhi and his son from Dashizhuang Village, Hemujing Township were arrested on the afternoon of December 9 on their way to Xinji. A group of unidentified people intercepted them and took them to the Domestic Security Division. The police and officers from the Hemujing Township Police Station ransacked Mr. Zheng's home at 4:00 p.m. that same day. They took a computer, a necklace, more than 400 yuan in cash, several Falun Gong books, and other personal belongings. Mr. Zheng's son was released at midnight on December 9, but Mr. Zheng is still being held in a detention center.

Mr. Li Yushui was arrested on the evening of December 10 as he was posting truth clarification informational materials.

Ms. Lu Fengxia from Wangzhuang, Fengshuiyuan Community was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center on December 9 by officers from the Wobei Police Station and Domestic Security Division.

10. [Xixia City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Xiuying Taken to the Jinan Women's Forced Labor Camp

11. [Chongqing] Circumstances of Mr. Zhang Shengquan and Others

Mr. Zhang Shengquan from Baimadang, Gaoxin District was arrested at home on November 16, 2010, by Liu Liang and other agents from the Chongqing 610 Office. They took his computer, printer, and other personal belongings. He was held in a detention center for nearly ten months before being released on September 9, 2011.

Ms. Tang Tianzhen and her husband Mr. Mi Jialong from the Gaoxin District were arrested at home on October 30, 2011, by Chongqing 610 Office agents. They took the couple to the Beibei Brainwashing Center. The couple was released on December 8.

12. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Renshui Arrested

Mr. Li Renshui was arrested on the evening of December 10 as he posted information about Falun Gong. His home was ransacked and his computer and two printer heads were confiscated. Mr. Li is currently being held in the Fuxin Road Police Station.

Zuoshan Police Station head Han Zhendong harassed Ms. Wang Huizhen, Ms. Shi Guifen, and Ms. Li Ruifen at home on December 3, 2011. He went to Ms. Wang Shoujuan and Mr. Li Xinrong's homes to harass them on December 9. Han harassed Mr. Gao at home in Mabu Village.

14. [Balinzuo Banner, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Wu Guohui Sentenced to Three and a Half Years in Prison

Balinzuo Banner Court officials sentenced Ms. Wu Guohui to three and a half years in prison. Officers from the Balinzuo Banner Police Department plan to send her to Hohhot Women's Prison on December 13.

Local police station deputy head Yao Bingqing and others ransacked the home of Ms. Song Qiaoyun from Liuzhuang Village, Xihu Township in November 2011. They took her Falun Gong books, printer, and 5,000 yuan. Ms. Song is currently living away from home to avoid being persecuted.

17. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Ms. Fu Mingyun Arrested on December 11, 2011

18. [Dayi County, Sichuan Province] Update on the Situation of Elementary School Teacher Mr. Yu Shaoping

Mr. Yu Shaoping taught in Beijie Elementary School. After he was arrested by Dayi County 610 Office agents in 2008, Mr. Yu was sent to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center for more than one year. He was then transferred to the Dayi County Detention Center, where he is still being held today.

19. [Tangyuan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Qiao Yuxiang and Ms. Men Xiaohua Die After Being Injected with Unknown Substances

Ms. Qiao Yuxiang went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong in late 2001. She was arrested by police officers at Tiananmen, and later taken back to the Tangyuan County Police Department, where she was subjected to one year of forced labor in the Xigemu Forced Labor Camp in Jiamusi. The perpetrators sent Ms. Qiao and Ms. Men Xiaohua to the Jiamusi Mental Hospital, where Ms. Qiao was tied to a bed and injected with unknown substances for nine days in a row. The second day after she was returned to the labor camp, her husband took her home. Ms. Qiao suffered a cerebral hemorrhage in 2007, and died in April 2008. Ms. Men also passed away one year after she was released.

20. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Gao Dejuan and Ms. Wang Qin Arrested

Ms. Gao Dejuan and her husband were arrested on April 22. Ms. Gao's husband was released that same day, but Ms. Gao was taken to the Longgang District Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Qin was arrested by Longgang District 610 Office agents and is currently being held in the Longgang District Detention Center.

21. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Chen Guihua Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Ms. Chen Guihua was arrested on April 22 by Longgang District 610 Office agents. Longgang District Court officials sentenced her to four years in prison in June, and sent her to the Guangdong Women's Prison in August.

22. [Baise City, Guangxi] Mr. Liao Chunying and His Wife Arrested

Mr. Liao Chunying, 47, an employee at the Baise City Water Plant, was sentenced to a prison term in July 2004. He was released in 2011, but was arrested again by officers from the Baise City Domestic Security Division on December 2, at a store where he worked part time. His wife was also arrested on December 8 by officers from the Domestic Security Division.

23. [Mianyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Xu Deyu Persecuted Once Again

Ms. Xu Deyu, 76, a retired employee from the Mianyang Silk Factory, was released from the Jianyang Women's Forced Labor Camp on June 18, 2011. She was arrested and taken to the Chaoyang Factory Brainwashing Center on the afternoon of December 6.

24. [Inner Mongolia] Ms. Zhao Guichun Holds a Hunger Strike to Protest the Persecution

Ms. Zhao Guichun from Pingzhuang was arrested on December 7, 2011, by officers from the Kalaqin Banner Domestic Security Division and the Laoguandi Police Station. Ms. Zhao is currently being held in the Jinshan Detention Center, where she is holding a hunger strike to protest the persecution. She is physically weak as a result of the persecution.
