Master gave me a new life

Prior to cultivation, I used to have lumbar spine pains, cervical vertebrae pains, stomachaches and a uterine fibroid. Nearly every part of my body had some problems. I was not able to walk, see things clearly or take care of myself. I was often taken to the emergency room. My physician told me that I could soon die.

Upon starting to practice Falun Gong, I did not think of being healed. I just wanted to become a good person. When I went to the exercise site the first time, I cried while listening to audio tapes of Master's Fa teachings in Jinan City. One week later, all of my diseases disappeared. From that point on, I have never gone to a hospital again. Witnessing this miracle, my husband and daughter both began to practice Falun Gong.

Falun Gong gave me a new life and I've spent most of my available time studying the Fa. Whenever Master published a new article, I would quickly recite it. I used to have a very bad temper. However, after studying the Fa for a period of time, I improved my xinxing and have tried to be a good person according to the principles of Dafa.

Believing in Master and validating the Fa during the persecution

On July 20, 1999, the communist regime launched a brutal persecution of Falun Gong. The next day, some fellow practitioners and I went to the city government to appeal, but we were illegally arrested and held in the police station. I was twice incarcerated in a forced labor camp and a brainwashing center. However, I did not renounce my faith. Whenever I had a chance to talk to other people, I always clarified the facts about Dafa. I was able to recite many passages of the Fa, which built a solid basis for my cultivation.

I was held in a forced labor camp in the beginning of 2001, but I did not cooperate with the evil police. Since my husband was a policeman, the director of the police station wanted to “transform” me. I told the officers that no one had given them the right to force me to give up practicing Falun Gong. I also talked with them about the universal principle that good is rewarded with good and evil is met with evil. I persisted in reciting the Fa and believed that if we studied the Fa well and got rid of all human attachments and notions, we could get out of the forced labor camp with righteous thoughts. Then I was set free one month prior to the end of my term.

As long as we believe in Dafa and Master, whenever we encounter difficulties, Master will help us. I clarified the facts about Dafa to the leader of the labor camp. She asked me what she could do and I replied: “Don't get involved in the persecution and be kind to Dafa practitioners. You will then be granted good fortune.” She was very happy to hear that.

Saving sentient beings with compassion

It is my responsibility to tell people the facts about Dafa and offer them salvation.

Master has said:

“The old forces don't dare to oppose our clarifying the truth or saving sentient beings. What's key is to not let them take advantage of the gaps in your state of mind when you do things.”

My understanding is that we can validate the Fa and save sentient beings no matter where we are. I often took the initiative to go to the police station and the 610 Office to tell them about the wonders of Dafa and about the staged self-immolation in Tiananmen Square. The director of the residential committee agreed to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. Later on, when the officers from the 610 Office tried to take me to the brainwashing center, she argued for me and prevented them from holding me in the brainwashing center. I realized that clarifying the truth is the best way to eliminate the evil factors in other dimensions and to end the persecution.

In 2002, my husband and I were walking in the street when we saw many policemen having dinner in a restaurant. They asked us to come over. I thought that it might be a special opportunity for me to tell them the facts. One of them asked me, “Madam, how is the progress of your cultivation?” I replied, “I am able to expose the evil, tell people the facts [about Falun Dafa] and save sentient beings.” The officers were taken aback by my answer. The policeman who had been involved in persecuting me was also there. I looked into his eyes, and told him and the rest of the group that the self-immolation incident was staged and that they should not participate in the persecution, or they would be punished in the future.

In recent years, no matter whom I met, I always told them about Dafa and the importance of quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Everyone we meet has a predestined relationship with us. Even if a person I talked to didn't agree to quit the CCP, I still clarified the truth to them. If a person didn't want to listen to me, I sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil forces behind them. One day, when I started clarifying the facts to a gentleman, he jumped up and began to disagree with me. I sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate all of the evil factors behind him and continued to talk very patiently. He eventually accepted the truth and thanked me for telling him. I don't let people's initial attitudes and reactions deter me, because I am fully aware that I am offering them salvation.

Master said,

“Don’t be bothered when people have a certain attitude or misunderstandings. When you act just to save the person, to save sentient beings, then I think the impact of that can change everything. If, however, as you clarify the truth your mind is affected by ordinary human attachments, then you won’t be able to achieve anything.” (“Fa Teaching Given in Manhattan”)

During this final period of the Fa-rectification, I will save more sentient beings and fulfill my prehistoric vows.
