It was Chinese New Year's Eve, the first day of the most jubilant traditional Chinese holiday. On this day, Mr. Edward McMillan-Scott, vice president of the European Parliament, hosted the reception at the European Parliament Building to welcome the Shen Yun Performing Arts’ annual European tour. More than one hundred officials and staff from various EU agencies attended this VIP reception.
