Mr. Liu Xiandong from Yanhuangdi Village, Yemaotai Town, Fuku County, was arrested at home by officers from the Yemaotai Town Police Station at 9 a.m. on January 21, 2011.

2. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. An Junying Arrested
Ms. An Junying was arrested by the Mudanjiang City Railway Station security guards for carrying DVDs that clarified the facts about Falun Gong on January 5, 2011. She is being held at the Aihe Detention Center in Tielinghe Township.
3. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Gao Yuxiang Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison
Ms. Gao Yuxiang was sentenced to 10 years in prison by the Shulan City Court in Jilin Province. She plans to appeal to a higher court.

4. [Chongqing ] Ms. Zhou Qiong Sentenced to Forced Labor
Mr. Wang Guijun and his wife, Ms. Zhou Qiong, from Anda City,
Heilongjiang Province, went to Chongqing to visit their relatives
and were arrested. Ms. Zhou is being detained at the Chongqing City
Women's Labor Camp. Her family went to the labor camp to ask for
her release on January 19, 2011, but were turned away.
5. [Tangyuan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Song Huilan
Arrested Again
Ms. Song Huilan from Heli Town, Tangyuan County, was arrested by officers from the Tangyuan County Police Department in Jixiang Township on July 1, 2010. Around July 15, 2010, her family was asked to come pick her up. When they arrived, they found her in critical condition.
On December 3, 2010, Ms. Song was arrested by officers from the Hengtoushan Police Station in Huachuan County, Jiamusi City, along with the agents from the Huachuan County Domestic Security Division. Approximately three weeks later, she was taken to the Tangyuan County Detention Center. When Ms. Song's daughter went to the detention center to visit her, the deputy political leader of the police department Zhou Jinze ordered the daughter to leave without giving her a reason.
6. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Hua Shoubo Arrested
Mr. Hua Shoubo, in his 40s, from Hulan District, Harbin City, was arrested in 2004 and sentenced to three years in prison. He now lives in Guangzhou City. On the eve of the opening ceremony of the Guangzhou Asian Games in November 2010, Mr. Hua was reported by his neighbor and arrested again. Local reports indicate that he could be sentenced.
7. [Shanghai] Mr. Yao Chengxu Arrested
Mr. Yao Chengxu from Shanghai was arrested by officer Wang from the Nanxiang Police Station and officer Ge from the Jiading Police Department.

8. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Dongying Arrested
Ms. Wang Dongying, who resides at No. 4 Baolin Village in
Baoshan District, Shanghai, was arrested on January 17, 2011. She
is being held at the Baoshan District Detention Center.
9. [Longhua County, Hebei Province] Additional Information about Ms. He Shumei's Arrest
Ms. He Shumei from Longhua County, Hebei Province, went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong around mid-2000. When she returned home, she discovered that her work unit had withdrawn two months worth of her salary, along with her year-end bonus. Her husband was also forced to stop working for two weeks.
Ms. He went to a fellow practitioner's home who was not feeling well and was reported by their family member who didn't understand the truth about Falun Gong on April 27, 2008. Later that night, she was searched by the police; her MP3 player and cell phone charger were taken away. Authorities also confiscated her computer hard drive, although it was later returned. She was held at the police department over night and was released only after 10,000 yuan was extorted from her family.
10. [Longhua County, Hebei Province] Ms. Cai Huifen Repeatedly Harassed by Authorities
Ms. Cai Huifen from Heluoying, Tangtougou, Longhua County, Hebei Province, started practicing Falun Gong in 1999. In the summer of 2004, Wu Huawei and Liu Siying from the county 610 Office went to her home and confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun, Falun Gong lecture tapes and truth-clarification materials.
In October 2005, 610 Office agents, led by the township Political and Judiciary Committee, went to her home to harass her.
In June 2009, when Ms. Cai was not home, 610 Office agents again searched her home. They did not confiscate any items. In 2010, they again went to her home and took away a truth-clarifying calender and other Falun Gong items.
Police officers have routinely harassed Ms. Cai without cause.
11. [Longhua County, Hebei Province] Additional Information about Ms. Yan Yanyan
Ms. Yan Yanyan from Longhua County, Hebei Province, was arrested by officers from the Longhua County Police Station and Longhua Town on November 6, 2006. She was taken to a brainwashing center and held there for 12 days.
On April 27, 2008, she went to visit a fellow practitioner who was sick and was reported. Later she was arrested and taken to the Domestic Security Division. That same night, Wang Shumin, the director of Domestic Security Division, and police officers Wang Hui and Liu Dianzhong, went to her home to ransack it. They took away a tape player, a VCD player, a radio, a copy of Master's Fa lecture tape, a TV, two cell phones, and all of her Dafa books and fliers. That night, she was arrested and taken to a detention center, where she was held for twelve days. Later, her TV and cell phone were returned. She was not released until 10,000 yuan was extorted from her family.
12. [Sanmenxia City, Henan Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced to Prison
Ms. Zhang Zhuzhi, Mr. Liu Jianfeng, and Ms. Gao Fengjie were
reported for clarifying the truth about Falun Gong in a rural area
on June 16, 2009. They were arrested shortly thereafter. All three
practitioners were sentenced to prison at the end of 2010. They
later appealed, but the appeals court upheld the original
ruling.
Around January 15, 2011, Ms. Zhang and Ms. Gao were taken to the
Xinxiang Women's Prison, where they began serving a
three-and-a-half-year and four-and-a-half-year sentence,
respectively.
13. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Jiang Longying Repeatedly Harassed by 610 Office
Chengdu City 610 Office agents have been harassing Ms. Jiang Longying since September 2010. Individuals participating in the harassment included local 610 Office chief Wu, secretary Long, Xie Shilong, He Jian, Ye Kaixing, Chen Yukuai and Liu Rongli, as well as officers from the Fuqin Street Neighborhood Administration Office and the Jinqin Road Neighborhood Committee. They came to her home seven times with claims that they were following up to see if she had completely “transformed.”
Around 11:40 a.m. on December 24, 2010, Xie Shilong, along with officers from the Fuqin Street Administration Office, secretary Long, Ye Kaixing and He Jian, a newly promoted secretary of the Jinqin Road Neighborhood Committee, stormed into Ms. Jiang's home as she was preparing a meal in the kitchen. They arrested her and took her to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center (located at the Chengdu City Legal Education Center).
A few hours after Ms. Jiang arrived at the brainwashing center, she was forced to write the five statements that the guard and an assistant dictated to her. They threatened that she would be sentenced to prison or forced labor and her salary would be withheld if she didn't cooperate. Xu, who is in charge of so-called “reform,” played a brainwashing DVD and required her to write down her comments for eight days.
Ms. Jiang was released on December 31, 2010.
14. [Mei County, Guangdong Province] Additional Information about Ms. Xie Xinfeng and Ms. Zhong Qiuying
Ms. Xie Xinfeng and Ms. Zhong Qiuying, from Bingcun Town, Mei County, Guangdong Province, were reported to the 610 Office by the Sansha Village secretary for distributing Falun Gong truth-clarification materials on January 13 or 14, 2011. They are being held at the Mei County Detention Center.

15. [Chongqing ] Mr. Liu Shurong and Mr. Lai Yunchang Severely Persecuted at Yongchuan Prison
Practitioners held at the No. 10 Ward of the Yongchuan Prison in Chongqing were recently severely tortured. They were kicked, beaten with electric batons, forced to sit for very long periods of time, deprived of sleep and subjected to verbal abuse.
On September 19, 2010, Mr. Liu Shurong from Dazu County, Chongqing, was tortured so severely that he lost consciousness and was taken to the prison hospital. He is now being held at the No. 7 Ward and is closely monitored. Criminal inmates who are participating in the persecution at the direction of the prison guards include Wang Kai, Xu Liangqiang, Deng Quanzhong, Jiang Rongjun and Song Bingcheng.
Mr. Lai Yunchang from Jiangjin District, Chongqing was also brutally tortured. On November 15, 2010, he suffered a deep wound to the top of his head from the torture. He was forced to stand outside in the freezing cold until 5:00 a.m. every night for a prolonged period of time. Some of the inmates involved in persecuting Mr. Lai, per directive from the guards, include: Chen Shiquan, Jiang Yun, Li Yongqiang, Chen Changyin, Ni Changyou, Ma Guangping, Zhao Yu and Zeng Youde.
The prison personnel in charge include director of No. 10 Ward Tang Jun, Wang Fan, and guards Gu Xiaolin and Tang Jun.
16. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Yingfen Arrested
Ms. Li Yingfen from Chengdu City was arrested around January 13, 2011.
17. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Xinrong Missing for over 10 Years
Ms. Zhang Xinrong, an employee of Pan Steel Company in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province, remains missing after going to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong over 10 years ago.
18. Information about Practitioners Released in Different Regions
Mr. Gu Zhanhui from Anguo City, Hebei Province, was released on January 19, 2011.
Ms. Gu Xiufen from Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, was released on January 20, 2011.
Ms. Chu Yuzong from Tianshui City, Gansu Province, was released after one month of detention - after officials extorted from her 2,000 yuan.
