(Clearwisdom.net) I am an from Shenyang City, and I will be eighty-two years old this year. I do not practice Falun Gong myself but I support my wife in her practice of Falun Gong. She has never gone to school and doesn't recognize all the Chinese characters. She reads Dafa books and truth clarification materials very slowly and oftentimes I read for her. As time went on and my understanding improved, I came to know that Falun Dafa is a righteous practice.

When the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began persecuting Falun Gong in 1999, my wife went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was arrested. I went to the police station and demanded her release, saying, “My wife used to have all sorts of illnesses and because of Falun Gong she is healthy now. She just wants to be a good person. What crime has she committed? If anything happens to her, I will sue you.” Not only did they not release her, but she was held at the notorious Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. I was very upset, and I told whoever I met, “What kind of the society is this? Good people are held in prison and nobody cares when corrupt officials do all kinds of bad deeds.”

I read truth clarification materials often, and after I finished the reading the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, I told others about the evil deeds committed by the CCP, and helped the public learn the truth. I told them, “Every sentence in the book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party is true. I personally experienced them in all my years. How many people died from each movement? Who dares to say no to the CCP? The citizens are fed up but dare not speak up. Only Falun Gong is brave enough to expose the CCP's crimes. This society has hope because of Falun Gong practitioners.”

I acknowledge that Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. Even though I don't practice Falun Gong, Master still takes care of me. One winter, I was turning on my stove and my bed caught on fire. The flames reached the ceiling, and I was so scared. I went to the yard and knelt down and yelled out loud, “Master Li, save me save me, please stop the fire, stop the fire from burning the neighbor's house.” The fire slowed down and stopped. My house was made of wood and the roof would easily catch on fire, plus it was connected to the neighbor’s house. Without Master's protection, I can't imagine the damage there would have been. From this event, the neighbors in our area all witnessed the wonders of Dafa.

One day as I was riding a bicycle through an intersection, shortly after I crossed, a car hit me and knocked me down. The passengers in the car were scared and yelled, “Stop the car. We knocked down an elderly man.” I picked up my bike and said, “I am fine, you can go.” I rode home with my bike. I was truly fine!

I am truly blessed by Dafa. I am in my eighties, I have no illness, and no matter how far I walk, or ride a bike, I don't feel tired. I am truly grateful to Dafa.

I said to Falun Gong practitioners, “I witnessed that you all, in order to save people, make truth clarification materials with limited funding. I am very moved by your actions. This is my donation of two thousand yuan. Go and save more people. It is from my heart. I want to do something for Dafa.”
