Mr. Jiang Xuefu, former deputy head of the Household Registration Section of the Dehui City Police Department was arrested with his wife Ms. Zhang Yu in early March 2011. Officers from the Changchun and Dehui City Domestic Security divisions made the arrest. Ms. Zhang is currently in the Dehui City Detention Center. Mr. Jiang has been transferred to the Jiutai City Detention Center.

2. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Rong Xiuzhen Indefinitely Detained
Ms. Rong Xiuzhen from Shijiazhuang City was arrested on July 4, 2008 by officers from the Jian'an Road Police Station. She has been illegally detained in the Shijiazhuang City's No.1 Detention Center for more than two years and eight months. During that time she was tried in court four times.
3. [Helong County, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Longchun and Others Imprisoned
Ms. Li Longchun is an employee at the Bajiazi Forestry Bureau. Helong County Court officials sentenced her to six and a half years in prison. She was sent to a prison in Changchun City on March 10, 2011.
We have also learned that Ms. Zheng Muzhi from Bajiazi was arrested on January 4, 2011. She is currently in the Helong Detention Center. Ms. Zheng's husband Mr. Liu Yubao is currently in the Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp in Jiutai City. The couple's son, an elementary school pupil, lives in his grandmother's home. Ms. Zheng's relatives demanded her release several times, but were turned away.
Several practitioners in the Yanbian Prefecture and the Bajiazi area in Helong County are currently in prisons, forced labor camps and detention centers. Among them, Ms. Liu Jun and Ms. Zhong Weijun were sentenced to four and a half years in prison; Ms. Pang Fengxian, to three and a half years in prison; Ms. Li Longchun and Ms. Wang Weiping are still in the Helong Detention Center; Ms. Liu Yubao, Ms. Li Yinghua and Ms. Wang Yanchun were subjected to forced labor. Ms. Wang Yanchun refused to be "reformed" at the Yadong Reservoir Brainwashing Center and subsequently at the Changchun City Brainwashing Center in June 2010. Officers led by Wang Jiahui from the Bajiazi Domestic Security Division arrested her at home and then subjected her to forced labor.
Ms. Wu Jiying was harassed on November 12, 2010, and her home was ransacked.

4. [Bayan Nur City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Wang Xia Arrested
Ms. Wang Xia from the Linhe District was arrested at home the afternoon of March 15, 2011. The police confiscated her personal computer, several copies of Falun Gong books and other personal belongings. Ms. Wang is currently in the Hangjin Houqi Detention Center.
Ms. Wang was previously sentenced to seven years in prison. When she was illegally held in the Huhehaote Detention Center and later in a Women's Prison, she was subjected to brutal torture and other forms of mistreatment. The perpetrators stabbed her fingers with needles, immobilized her on a bed with her hands and feet tied up, instigated criminal detainees to verbally abuse her, forced-fed her with urine, exposed her eyes to a high-wattage lamp for a long time and other tortures.
When Ms. Wang was illegally detained in the Inner Mongolia No.1 Women's Prison, her weight dropped to only 20 kg [about 44 pounds]. She was at death's door.

Ms. Sun Guiying, 64 years old, was arrested on March 13, 2011. Officers from the Huichun City No.3 Police Station and from the Domestic Security Division made the arrest. Ms. Sun is currently in a detention center.

Mr. Gao Dong from Panjin City went missing around one month prior to the 2011 New Year. We have recently learned that he had been arrested and may be held in an unknown location in Benxi City.

8. [Wuxue City, Hubei Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Wuxue City State Security Division officers arrested several practitioners from Wuxue City. The practitioners whose names were known included: Ms. Wu Qing, 48 years old; Ms. Shao Chunying, 36; Mr. Zhu Jianxun, 60; Mr. Tao Jinlong, 31; Ms. Chen Xuezhen, 38; Mr. Liao Yuanhua, in his 50s; Ms. Shi Liping, in her 50s; Mr. Pan Baigui, 62.
9. [Qichun County, Hubei Province] Mr. Hu Jiming Arrested
Mr. Hu Jiming, in his 20s, is from Qizhou Town, Qichen County. He works part time in Shanghai. He was recently arrested for speaking with people about Falun Gong. Local police officers and officers from the State Security Division traveled to Mr. Hu's hometown on March 15, 2011. They confiscated a photo of the founder of Falun Gong from Mr. Hu's home. Mr. Hu's father is disabled, and his mother has poor health. The elderly couple doesn't have any living resources.
10. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Yujie and Another Practitioner Arrested and Detained
Ms. Zhang Yujie was arrested with another practitioner on March 16, 2011. They are currently in the Weizigou Detention Center in Changchun City.

11. [Shanghai] Mr. Wu Xiaofeng from the Pudong New District Arrested on March 20, 2011
12. [Jiaonan, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Meiqin and Others Face Illegal Sentencing
Ms. Liu Meiqin, Ms. Zhang Shuhua and Ms. Fu Aixian from Jiaonan City were arrested the evening of January 15, 2011. Officers from the Dacun Town Police Station made the arrest. The three practitioners were taken to the Dashan Detention Center in Qingdao City on January 22.
Four plainclothes police officers arrested Ms. Zhang Xiuhua at home on February 24, 2011. Ms. Zhang's husband and son tried to stop the police, but the police took the three of them into custody. Ms. Zhang's husband and son were held in the Jiaonan City Detention Center for ten days and seven days, respectively. Ms. Zhang was sent to the Dashan Detention Center in Qingdao City on February 25.
13. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Jianlan Missing
Ms. Li Jianlan, in her 40s, lives in Chuanwangjia Village, Daxindian Town. She went to Beijing shortly after the persecution began in July 1999 to appeal for Falun Gong. No information about her has been discovered over the past ten years.
14. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhou Ye Recently Arrested, Her Home Ransacked

15. [Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Zhang Juesheng Arrested in Nanjing City
Mr. Zhang Juesheng from Pingxiang City took a train from Pingxiang to Nanjing City on March 12, 2011 to visit his son in Changzhou City. He was arrested on the train because he was seen reading Hong Yin. According to his son, Mr. Zhang is currently held in the Nanjing City Railway Police Department. Pingxiang City police ransacked his home.
16. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Mr. Xin Shiwen, Ms. Wang Shuqing and Others Arrested
Ms. Xin Shiwen and Ms. Wang Shuqing from Changchun City were arrested on February 13, 2011.
Xiao Kang and another woman practitioner were arrested on March 11, 2011 at the hands of officers from the Yihe Road Police Station.
17. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Xu Xiwang and Ms. Wang Xilan Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Facility
Mr. Xu Xiwang lives in Sandian Street, the Xinzhou District. Local 610 Office agents and officers from a local police station broke into his home at 5:00 a.m. on March 18, 2011. They arrested the sleeping Mr. Xu and took him to the Liuji Brainwashing Center. They ransacked his home.
Ms. Wang Xilan from Zhucheng Street, Xinzhou District was deceived into having a conversation with her workplace officials. She was then taken to the Liuji Brainwashing Center.
18. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Ms. Cai Rufen Arrested
Ms. Cai Rufen from the Xinzhou District was arrested the afternoon of March 4, 2011 as she distributed information about Falun Gong in Zhanglin Village, Zhucheng Street. Officers from the Zhucheng Police Station took her to their station. The police sent her to the Dongxihu Forced Labor Camp that same night to be held for two weeks. After that, the 610 Office agents took her to the Liuji Brainwashing Center.
