Always remember to save sentient beings
I go out to clarify the truth every day at least to three or five people and sometimes as many as 15 to 20 people. They include government officials, retired officials, teachers, police officers, and others in various professions.
In the past few years, whether they are acquaintances or strangers, clarifying the truth to people has become a natural component of my life. I often distributed truth-clarification materials to my child’s school. All of the teachers, including the principal, have accepted the truth and agreed to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. There is one class which consists of more than 30 students and all of them have quit the Young Pioneers.
I went to the county seat with other practitioners in the autumn of 2009 and we clarified the truth at various senior centers. The elderly people were very moved after hearing the truth. Once we clarified the truth to an 82-year-old man and told him to remember “Falun Dafa is good” as well as “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” he immediately agreed to quit the CCP. He was also very moved and was in tears. In total, we have visited six senior centers and clarified the truth to more than 30 people. Many of them accepted the truth and agreed to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
One day when taking a long bus ride with several practitioners, there was a person sitting next me who looked like a government officer. After I clarified the truth to him, he agreed to quit the CCP and gave me his real name to submit his withdrawal. It turned out that he was the head of a government agency.
When shopping, I clarify the truth to salespeople and other customers. There are about 20 stores near my home and all of the store employees in this area have heard about the truth from me. Many of them agreed to quit the CCP or its affiliated organizations. They also help by exchanging money with me so that I could print truth-clarification messages on the paper bills.
Every morning, I go to the farmers market to buy groceries as well as clarify the truth. A vendor often asks me to exchange paper bills with truth-clarification words on them, each time about one thousand yuan. Whenever he sees me, he always calls aloud, “Falun Dafa is good”, whether there are other people around or not.
In the past few years, I have clarified the truth to many pedestrians as well. Many agreed to quit the CCP or its affiliated organizations with their real names. Once on a snowy day, I clarified the truth to a middle-aged man, and he immediately agreed to quit the CCP and the Young Pioneers League. In addition, he reminded me again and again not to forget his name when submitting this online.
Once when looking at people walking on the street, I was thinking of ways to save even more. Then, an elderly lady came up and I talked with her. She was a Party member and was already 72 years old. After I clarified the truth to her, she happily agreed to quit the CCP.
Many people were very thankful after we helped them quit the CCP or its affiliated organizations. Once a practitioner and I met an 80-year-old military officer from the Shenyang Military District. He accepted the truth and agreed to quit the CCP with his real name. With tears in his eyes he said, “Thank you, thank you very much.” We said to him, “Our Teacher told us to do so. Please thank our Teacher instead of us.”
Saving sentient beings during detention
Agents from the county domestic security division arrested me and two other practitioners when we clarified the truth on the street on August 2, 2010. I was not afraid at the police department. Instead, I kept on sending forth righteous thoughts or recited the Fa. In the office of the division head, I told them one would be rewarded if practitioners were treated well. After beating practitioners, a police agent had back pain and was unable to work. I said to him, “If you stop mistreating practitioners and begin to rectify previous bad deeds, as well as remember ‘Falun Dafa is good’, you will feel better.” He closed his eyes and sat in the chair, reciting the words. When going to the bathroom in the afternoon, I clarified the truth to a policewoman and she agreed to quit the Youth League with an alias. At 5 p.m., police agents took us to the hospital for a physical checkup. I pulled an elderly police officer aside and told him to remember “Falun Dafa is good.” He nodded.
After coming back from the hospital, the officials held us in the detention center. At the beginning, I was agitated and did not know what to do. Then I began to recite the Fa and send forth righteous thoughts. Three of us formed a strong one body, and we constantly sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil. Sometimes, we sent forth righteous consecutively for several hours. I also looked within to find my own loopholes.
During those days, I was not afraid and took every opportunity to clarify the truth to people. Once I clarified the truth to a guard and he happily agreed to quit the CCP. I also clarified the truth to several inmates, one at a time, and they all agreed to quit the CCP or it's affiliated organizations.
Later, when guards or detention center officials saw us doing the exercises or sending forth righteous thoughts, they no longer bothered us. One guard even encouraged us and said, “Keep it up!”
At 4 a.m. on August 17, before I returned home, I said to the guard on duty, “I really want to save you, but now I have to go home and we may not ever see each other again. Please do remember ‘Falun Dafa is good.’ How about quitting the CCP using the alias I told you?” He replied, “Yes, please.”
At the detention center, I asked Master for help: I cannot stay here to be persecuted. I need to go out to save people. The agents released me after detaining me for 15 days. Here I would like to thank Master and thank fellow practitioners for their righteous thoughts.
