(Clearwisdom.net) I am a Falun Gong practitioner and work in the service sector. Because I often change jobs, I have many chances to meet people. Whenever I leave a job, almost all of the those I worked with will have quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. It is now becoming easier to advise people to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Here I would like to share several things that happened recently.
Recently, I changed my job and went to work some place else. I knew Colleague A was from Gongzhuling, Changchun, Jilin Province. I feel very close to people who come from Master Li’s hometown. I asked her if she knew about Falun Gong. She said she did and that her aunt practiced it. Her aunt was arrested a few years before and was tortured to the brink of death. I asked her if she had quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. She said she did not go to school and thus she did not join those organizations and she already understood that Falun Dafa was good. I then talked to her about Falun Gong in further detail and about the significance of quitting the CCP. After she understood, she talked to her husband and children at home and they all quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. After that, she helped me clarify the truth. When I talked to others about Falun Gong, she immediately told them she was from Gongzhuling and knew Falun Dafa was good, that her aunt was arrested and almost beaten to death just because she practiced Falun Gong and that it was true that the CCP is brutally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. I was often touched by her courage.
Colleague B was a newcomer at my workplace. During her introductory period, she came to my workroom and put down her gloves. Later on, she could not find her gloves. Someone told me B suspected me of taking her gloves. I thought about how nothing is accidental; it happened because of my attachments. I searched inwards immediately and realized that I had a kind of antipathy to her when I first met her and I did not want to talk to her about Falun Gong. I knew I was wrong. I went to talk to her and said, “You cannot find your gloves. You can take mine. I will buy a new pair.” B then told me that the team leader had given her another pair.
When the introductory period was about to end, we studied together for the test. I thought I had to save her. Because I had such a thought, B came to sit next to Colleague A and me. During the break time, I asked B through A if she had “quit the three.” B did not understand and asked what “quit the three” meant. A asked me to explain to B. I told B how Falun Dafa has been embraced around the world; how the CCP fabricated the self-immolation in Tiananmen Square in order to persecute Falun Gong; how Jiang Zemin deceived people to persecute Falun Gong; how, in the peaceful period, the CCP killed 80 million innocent Chinese people; and that Heaven will now eliminate it and those who joined any of its three organizations should quit. After hearing what I said, B clearly said, “I quit!”
B then asked if she could tell me something. “One day,” she said, “I met an elderly woman at a bus stop. Just like you, she asked me to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. I did not know what to do and did not do what she suggested. Afterwards, she said someone would save me in the future and then left. I kept watching her. I saw she talked to a young man in the distance. Just one or two minutes later, the old woman disappeared. I felt as if I had met a god. I told this to my older sister after I got home. My sister was upset that I did not quit. Therefore, I quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations when I met you today.”
I was touched by what B said. Because another practitioner had paved the way, B was able to make the correct choice on a later day. Dafa practitioners’ clarifying the truth seems like a relay race. One runs after another, until the world's people are saved. At that same time, I felt ashamed. If she had not left her gloves in my workroom, I would still be blocked by my attachments, which would keep another person from being saved. If a practitioner does not get rid of his attachments, it really will destroy sentient beings.
After quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations, Colleague B did something that shocked me. One day, she talked to one of her former colleagues. He is about 60 years old and a member of the CCP. B said to him, “I want to tell you one thing. You must listen to her and promise me that you will do what she says.” He agreed and I said, “Quit the CCP.” “OK, I quit,” was his response.
