Suffering for Fifty-Seven Years Before Dafa

Before practicing Falun Dafa, I suffered from various illnesses for 57 years. My encephalopathy alone tortured me for 41 years. Every day I lived in pain. When my condition worsened, I couldn’t get up and was unable to eat or drink. My head felt as though it was going to split open. When my condition was less serious, I could only barely get up. Whatever I ate, I threw it up. I couldn’t get to sleep year in and year out, and I was depressed all day. I couldn’t even walk 50 meters without stopping to rest. Although I sought help at many hospitals, no treatment was effective.

In 1994, I was diagnosed with a cyst on the back of my liver, which was found to be growing very quickly. However, the doctors told me that they could not perform an operation to remove the cyst because it would damage a crucial nerve. Living in this condition, it was as if I was waiting for death. Every day I was in an abyss of despair, thinking about ending my life to eliminate my financial debts.

I Fortunately Obtained Dafa, and Soon All of My Illnesses Disappeared

While in a state of deep desperation, I had a chance encounter with a Falun Dafa practitioner in the spring of 1998. He told me that I could recover if I went to his home to watch the video of Master teaching the Fa. I visited his home that same evening, and then I kept on watching Master’s video every night. While watching the video on the third evening, I suddenly felt pain in my liver, as if a knife was cutting me there. I thought at that moment that it was Master removing the cyst for me. Just like that, my cyst miraculously disappeared.

As I watched the videos, I fell asleep unknowingly, but I heard everything without missing a single word, just like what Master has said in Zhuan Falun. When it came to the eighth night, the encephalopathy that had tortured me for 41 years miraculously vanished without a pill or treatment. Since then, I have felt energetic every day. Even though I went several days without sleep, I did not feel sleepy. My sleeping disorders also disappeared along with all my other illnesses. I again became fit and strong.

I was so shocked by the miracles in my body, and I even wondered whether I could be healthy forever. Thirteen years have passed, and I am living a happy life without any medication.

Acquaintances Say That I Look Like a Young Lady

Many acquaintances have asked me after seeing me, “You are so young and healthy. What health products do you take? You look as if you have 30-year-old legs and a 40-year-old body.” I say, “My legs are strong and my body is light, as though I am treading on air. I can bike four kilometers in half an hour without feeling tired.” My granddaughter told me that when she looked at me from behind, I looked like a young lady. I also feel like I have become more youthful.

It is revered Master that gave me a second life and a healthy body. Dafa is miraculous. Actually, since I started practicing Falun Dafa, my family has experienced and witnessed a number of miracles. It is really true that one’s practicing cultivation will benefit the whole family.

However, despite Dafa being such a great practice, the Communist regime prohibits people from learning it and even brutally persecutes its practitioners. How can the Communist regime not be punished?

I cannot repay Master’s grace for saving my life. Only by studying the Fa well and doing well the three things can I fulfill my mission and return home with Master!
