(Clearwisdom.net) The Chinese Communist Party has more control over universities than other institutions. Due to a variety of social factors, it often isn't easy for the parents of college students to accept the facts about Falun Gong. However, it is our responsibility to tell people about Falun Gong.

Cleansing the fields in universities with righteous thoughts

Most universities hang a red flag on campus, and a picture of Mao hanging on the wall of each classroom. The environment is thus contaminated. Every time I go to universities, I send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate all the evil factors that block people from learning the truth. After I enter a lecture hall, I stand at the podium, feeling that I am an indomitable enlightened being and the guardian of the universe with endless power, citing the Fa rectification formula with righteous thoughts. I play the music of Pudu and Jishi to the students and the classroom is very peaceful. Even the teachers and students who pass by the classroom stop to listen.

Giving a good lecture as well as telling a good story

Giving the students a good lecture is the foundation for telling them about the facts about Falun Gong. If the lecture is well organized, the students will show their respect and believe what you say. They happily listen when I clarify the truth to them. My students don't want me to use multimedia equipment, so I use chalk to write on the blackboard when I give lectures. Sometimes, I get tired and chalk gets on my clothes. My students tell me to pause for a while and ask me to tell them a story. I spend two or three minutes telling them some stories about Dafa, to which they pay more attention than my regular lectures. Over time, the stories have changed many of their minds. Sometimes, they even remind me that I haven't told them a story yet that day.

Taking the opportunity to tell more people the facts

Wisdom is needed for us to clarify the truth, which of course is a result of our studying the Fa well. I often put the book Zhuan Falun in my bag and recite the Fa on my way to school. Having a deeper understanding of the Fa can help us have stronger righteous thoughts and easily deal with difficult situations.

On one occasion, a student poured hot water into a mineral water bottle and it cracked. I said, “I saw a water bottle which could never be broken.” I then told them about the self-immolation on Tiananmen Square, and how the CCP's lies included a plastic bottle that was unaffected, even as the “self-immolator” lit himself on fire. They were shocked and said, “How could something that ridiculous happen?”

Students from other classes have come to listen to my lectures, as did my past students and those from other universities. New instructors also wanted to listen to my lectures. They said, “We love your class. No one knows as many stories as you do.”

I also played Dafa disciples' songs and music from Shen Yun Performing Arts. After class, many students came to me, so I took the opportunity to ask them to quit the Chinese Communist Party organizations. When I met my students on campus, I also asked them to quit those organizations. Many students have visited me in my home and all the students that came to my home have quit. On the last day of class, I asked every student to write a few words as farewell and tell me whether they had quit. The students who had already quit persuaded others to quit. In the end, the thirty-plus students in my class had all quit the party organizations.

I always talked more in depth in my classes than other instructors. Moreover, I told stories to my students. My students' scores for the term did not fall behind. I had more than ten classes and their final scores were excellent, and my evaluation score was also very high. The dean of my college read the comments to me, one of which read, “Our teacher not only teaches us knowledge, but also tells us how to be good people. He tells us how to live a meaningful life.” I realized that Master was encouraging me using their words.

When a problem occurs, this is when we need to clarify the truth

One day, my boss told me that the students were speaking highly of my performance. However, one student said that I was always talking about religion in class. I looked inward to figure out whether it was due to the fact that I talked a lot more about other religions than the facts of Dafa. I reminded myself to be more careful the next time, and in addition, this was a chance to tell my boss about the facts of Dafa. Eventually, two executives at my college and my boss agreed to quit the Communist Party organizations.

I often warn myself not to become too happy. There are tens of thousands of students on campus, but few of them know the facts. I must be more diligent in clarifying the truth to them.
