(Clearwisdom.net) On August 13, Finnish Falun Gong practitioners held activities at Esplanande Park in Helsinki to raise awareness about Falun Gong and the brutal persecution in China. Practitioners set up the truth-clarifying display boards and banners, demonstrated the exercises, and presented torture re-enactments to reveal the Communist regime's vile acts in the persecution of Falun Gong.
Esplanande is a famous tourist attraction. Many tourists stopped to learn about Falun Gong and many signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution.

A local woman stayed to watch the exercise demonstration for a long time. She was very interested in the peaceful exercises. Practitioners told her about the spread of Falun Gong around the world, how beneficial it is for mind and body and the core principles of the teachings—Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance. She decided to learn the exercises and asked for the contact information of the local exercise site.
A tourist from Cuba viewed the photos that expose the brutality of the persecution. He told practitioners that he knows how evil the communist party is, as people in Cuba have also been persecuted under a communist regime.
