(Clearwisdom.net) Last night our neighbor gave my wife a large bowl of colorful shrimp to eat. We have just moved into a new home and have already won the trust and friendship of our neighbors. There must be a reason behind it. Just a few days after we moved in, my wife took money from her own pocket to repair a plumping pipe on the first floor. Our neighbors didn't share any cost but remembered my wife's kindness. They have also frequently offered to help my family. This makes me always think that there is something more precious than money.
It also reminds me of the multimillionaire Li Jianhui. In late 90's, Mr. Li Jianhui, who lived in Shenzhen, became a multimillionaire quickly because he created the well-known product, “Yadi Bedding Product” and R & D localization washing materials. However, he found something more precious than his ten million yuan in family wealth. In August 1997, Mr. Li Jianhui went to Beijing for a business trip. The wife of a professor at the People's University sent him two Falun Gong books. One Saturday in October that same year, Mr. Li Jianhui got home from work early and finished reading through one of the books. He felt that the book was very good and that it answered many of his questions from throughout his life. Early the next morning he came to the Falun Gong practice site at People's Park in Shenzhen City. When he was about 30 meters away, he felt a very strong, warm current going through his body from the top of his head to the bottoms of his feet. He felt very warm and comfortable. A white-haired older lady said to him with a big smile on her face, “We are practicing Falun Gong here.” As soon as Mr. Li heard this, he felt a sense of familiarity, a sense of security and happiness, and couldn't hold back his tears. He finally found "home" again!
Many business elites who practice Falun Gong had similar experiences of returning home as did Mr. Li Jianhui.
Yang Guang, the general manager of a joint venture in Yantai City, Shandong Province, started practicing Falun Gong in his forties or fifties. He felt very energetic, as if he had returned to his youth, and he felt that life was very relaxing and joyful.
Mr. Wang Qingzhong, chairman of the board of the Xintian Machinary Company in Linying City, Shandong Province, felt that his irritable temper has gradually changed, and he had become nicer to people.
Ms. Wang Chunyan is vice president of the Kanglai International Freight Company in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. She often needed sleeping pills to fall asleep. However, after she read Zhuan Falun for entire day the first time, she fell asleep without taking sleeping pills.
Mr. Zu Shangqin is a canned food wholesaler in Tainan City, Taiwan. When he first read Zhuan Falun, his feeling of returning to his true home seemed to resolve all the confusion in his life. He couldn't help but wonder, “How wonderful are the Fa principles!” He kept reading and never put down the book Zhuan Falun.
Mr. Chen Keren, who is in his forties, is the chairman of the board and general manager of the Taiwan Online Game Company. He said, “Master Li speaks in plain language and it doesn't look very difficult. However, the fact is that his meaning is very profound. This has really touched me. Dafa opened my field of vision and I really feel that before that I was like a frog at the bottom of a well.”
Mr. Chen Keren is a very successful Korean entrepreneur in Taiwan. He experienced difficult times when he became unemployed during the 1997 Korean financial crisis. After much effort he started up his business again but was cheated out of a large sum of money by shareholders, which threw his company into a severe financial crisis. Luckily, Chen Keren had been practicing Falun Gong for five months at that time. He treated others in accordance with the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Despite the setback, his company soon overcame the bad times and developed rapidly, achieving annual sales of NT$130-150 million. Staff numbers also increased from 40-50 in 2009 to over 70 this year.
How did Chen Keren join the Falun Gong family? In late 2006, he took a business trip to Korea from Taiwan and he saw that someone in his sub-company bought Falun Gong books. He also bought one copy to bring back to Taiwan, and later downloaded the Korean version of Zhuan Falun from the Minghui website. He found that he couldn't stop reading, so he quickly downloaded other Falun Gong books. He kept reading the books one by one and finished all the books that were published in Korean. Then Mr. Chen Keren started reading books in Chinese. This way he finally obtained Falun Dafa which is more precious than any money.
These business elites had various opportunities to obtain the Fa. The chance for Ms. Wang Chunyan, the former vice general manager of Dalian Kanglai International Cargo Company, was when someone sent her a copy of Zhuan Falun. The chance for a general manager in Hebei Province was when he came across a line in the Beijing Evening News in 1996, which read, "Over One Million Copies of Zhuan Falun Books Sold, Ranked First on the Best-seller list." His mind was startled when he read this.
Mr. Gan Xufeng, 47, is the manger of the Heavy Materials Department in Xinying, Taiwan.
On September 1, 1999, he was attracted by an unassuming little piece of paper on the counter when he was looking at some stationery in a bookstore which said, “Falun Gong, Free exercise lessons!” That little piece of paper was as small as a business card, but it looked like a large poster to him on the cluttered counter. “As long as the CCP is against it and wants to suppress it, then on the contrary, it must be good.” Mr. Gan Xufeng attended the local exercise lesson with such curiosity.
Ibrahim is a Malaysian businessmen in the health business. He obtained the Fa during a Falun Gong celebration. On May 7, 2011, Malaysian Falun Gong practitioners were celebrating the 12th "World Falun Dafa Day" at the famous Titi Wang Sha Lake Park in Kuala Lumpur. Ibrahim followed them all day and learned the exercises.
Ibrahim exclaimed, “When I was introduced to the practice, I was so honored because I obtained
Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, and this is exactly what I was looking for. This is the best practice to me. I have lived over 50 years and have never seen such a good practice like Falun Dafa.
Regardless of social status, one who obtains the Fa experiences a sense of peace and joy that no amount of money can buy. It is like what a practitioner described in his poem:
Various hardships suffered year after year, obtained the Fa and couldn't hold back the tears;
Jewels and pearls are not as precious as obtaining the Fa;
Master descended upon the earth to save people;
Joyful when spreading the truth about Falun Dafa;
I came to the world for the Fa. After reaching consummation, I can return to heaven.
