(Clearwisdom.net) Jixian County Domestic Security Division officer Wu Hua and about seven officers from the Qianjin Police Station broke into Mr. Du Boyang's home. They arrested and took Mr. Du to the Shuangyashan Farm Police Station. It was the second time that Mr. Du had been arrested in two months.
Officers in the Shuangyashan Farm Police Station physically and verbally abused Mr. Du in an attempt to force him to renounce his belief in Falun Dafa. Mr. Du firmly refused to comply. The police sent Mr. Du home on January 5, 2012.
Prior to this arrest, on November 10, 2011, Shuangyashan City 610 Office agents, along with the Jixian County 610 Office agents and local police, arrested and took Mr. Du to a brainwashing facility.
On November 10, 2011, Mr. Du was driving his pedicab at the Jixian County Passenger Terminal, when Ju Xiaoxiu from the same village deceived him, saying that Fuli Town officials wanted to talk to him. Mr. Du ended up being arrested by Yu Ping from the Qianjin Police Station and another person from Shuangyashan. The perpetrators took Mr. Du to the Yichun Brainwashing Center.
The brainwashing center officials shackled his feet and tortured him overnight. Later they beat and cursed at him, and played slanderous TV programs. Mr. Du shouted, “Falun Dafa is good” and refused to give in to their brainwashing. He also held a hunger strike to protest the persecution. He developed symptoms of a heart problem on the sixth day of his hunger strike. The center officials were afraid of taking responsibility and sent Mr. Du home.
