(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Feng Xiao from Linquan County, Fuyang, Anhui Province was illegally sentenced to four years in prison in 2010. He was first held in Suzhou No. 3 Prison and later transferred to Chaohu Prison. He is currently emaciated and unable to walk as a result of physical abuse and mistreatment.
Mr. Feng worked part time in a cold storage plant in Fuyang in 2009. Yingquan District Police Department head Wan Chuanhong arrested him at work on August 1, 2009.
Since 1999, Mr. Feng has been harassed and abused many times. He was subjected to a two-year forced labor term, and seriously injured due to beatings by the guards in the forced labor camp. After he was released from the labor camp, he lived away from home to avoid further persecution. He was arrested once again in 2009, and is still being held today.
