(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners held an Information Day event in Mainz on Saturday, November 3, 2012. They introduced Falun Dafa to the local residents and raised awareness about the brutal persecution in China. Many passersby stood in the rain to listen to the facts of the persecution and signed the petition to call for an immediate end to the abuse.

The weather was cloudy, rainy, and chilly, but this did not stop the Falun Gong practitioners from telling the public the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong in China and the forced organ harvesting crimes. Many passersby read the posters and the banners in the rain and condemned the brutal suppression. They signed the petition to protest the atrocities.
A Family of Four Sign the Petition
A couple in their 50s and their children passed by the information booth. A practitioner told them about the persecution of Falun Gong in China. The father said that he frequently went to Shanghai and he understood very well that the people in China do not have freedom, especially freedom of speech and personal freedom. He knew about the persecution of Falun Gong. When he talked about the Chinese regime forcibly removing organs from Falun Gong practitioners while they were still alive, he said that it was absolutely savage. His wife and children agreed with him and all signed the petition.
Members of Amnesty International Sign the Petition
The practitioners ran into several members of Amnesty International (AI). They knew about the persecution. After learning more, all of them signed the petition. Mr. Ochsmann said that his father often talked about the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutal suppression of Falun Gong. After signing the petition, he told the practitioners, “Well done! Good luck!”
“C'mon and Sign!”
Two men stepped into the information booth to get out of the rain. A practitioner began telling them about the persecution. One of them despised the CCP's brutality and signed the petition immediately. The other man did not hear the practitioner and was in a hurry to go somewhere. The man who signed the petition nudged him and said loudly, “C'mon and sign! People's organs are being removed while they were still alive!” The other man quickly signed the petition.
Italian Woman Comes to Learn the Exercises
An Italian woman who lives in Mainz had stopped at the information day event last month. She became very interested in Falun Dafa. She came to the booth this month just to learn the exercises. A practitioner taught her the first three exercises and she was very happy. She bought the book Falun Gong in German.
