(Minghui.org) Today's news from mainland China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 19 cities or counties and in 10 provinces. According to this report, 6 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 40 practitioners were illegally arrested.

Ms. Li Xilian and Ms. Huang Fulan, in their 60s, are being held in a detention center.

2. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Shouhui and Mr. Bai Xueqing Arrested

Ms. Zhang Shouhui from Nankouqian Town, Qingyuan County, Fushun City, was arrested by officers from the Qingyuan Police Department on November 2, 2012. The police grabbed 4,000 yuan from her, then ransacked her home.

Mr. Bai Xueqing, an employee of Nankouqian Town Hospital in Qingyuan County, Fushun City, was arrested on November 8, 2012, by officers from Fushun City Police Department, Nankouqian Town Police Station, and Liaoning Province Police Department.

3. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Xiaoming Sentenced

Ms. Li Xiaoming from Songyuan City was illegally sentenced and then transferred to Changchun Women's Prison in late October 2012. She was arrested by officers from the Changling County Police Department, the local 610 Office, and the domestic security division in April 2012.

4. [Nong'an County, Jilin Province] More Information about a Practitioner's Arrest

Several dozen practitioners from Nong'an County were arrested on November 2 and 3, 2012. Officers confiscated 700,000 to 800,000 yuan in total. The arrested practitioners are: Ms. Ji Shengli from Nong'an Oil Refinery Company; Ms. Wu Si; Ms. Zhang Guozhen; Mr. Liu Wei and his wife, Ms. Leng Xiaoli; Mr. Yang Hongbiao, who is a doctor; Mr. Chang from the local county hospital; an 80-year-old woman; and Mr. Liu Ankun from the Gucheng Police Station.

Ms. Wang Sanxiu, retired, from Nanjing Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources, was arrested on October 24, 2012. He's being held at Nanjing City Detention Center.

6. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Chen Jian Arrested

Mr. Chen Jian, in his 30s, from Nanchang City was arrested at his home on November 7, 2012. His home was ransacked.

7. [Beijing] Mr. Li Wande Arrested on October 31, 2012, in the Shijingshan District

8. [Shen County, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Landuo and Ms. Zhang Qingfen Arrested

Officers from Shen County Police Department climbed over the courtyard wall at Ms. Liu Landuo's home and burst inside. They arrested her during the early morning of October 29, 2012.

Ms. Zhang Qingfen was arrested and her whereabouts are unknown. Both women are from Zhaochanyuan Village.

9. [Julu County, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhou Peichao and Others Arrested

Ms. Yu Huimin, Mr. Zhou Peichao and his wife, and two other practitioners were arrested on October 14, 2012. Mr. Zhou and the two other practitioners were taken to Xingtai City Brainwashing Center by the Julu 610 Office a week after they were released from the local detention center. Ms. Yu is being held in Xingtai No.1 Detention Center.

10. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wei Xiaorong and Others Arrested

Ms. Wei Xiaorong was deceived and then arrested by officers from Hongxing Police Station on October 31, 2012, while she was working. The police burst into her home on November 1 and confiscated cash and other personal belongings, worth more than 10,000 yuan in total.

Ms. Zhang Xinlian is from the Fenglin residential area. Her home was ransacked that same day. Ms. Huang Chaozhen and her sister were arrested and their homes were ransacked, as well. Ms. Li Guanglan and her husband were arrested because they rented the place to Ms. Huang and her sister.

Mr. Tang Shikui was arrested by officers from Lantian Police Department while he was waiting for the bus.

Mr. Liang Wende was arrested again by officers from Nancheng Police Station.

11. [Beijing] Ms. Gao Arrested

Ms. Gao from the residential area of the Ministry of Aerospace and Aviation was arrested on November 5, 2012. She was reported to the authorities for clarifying the truth to a security guard. Her whereabouts is unknown.

12. [Shenzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhao Qinggen, Ms. Dajuan, Mr. Chunsheng, and Others Arrested on October 31, 2012.

13. [Shanghai] Ms. Yu Jingyan and Ms. Ye Xiaoping Arrested

Ms. Yu Jingyan and Ms. Ye Xiaoping from the Baoshan District were arrested on August 20, 2012. Ms. Yu was released at the end of September. Ms. Ye has been detained and is in critical condition.

Ms. Yu Jingyan was arrested again by plainclothes police officers on November 6, 2012, while she was on the way to visit her daughter. Her place of detention is unknown.

14. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Shifang Arrested

Ms. Li Shifang from Luzhou City was arrested in the afternoon on November 7, 2012. She is being held in a brainwashing center located at the Shawan Porcelain Factory in the Jiangyang District.

15. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Qu Jing Arrested

Mr. Qu Jing from Guiyang City was arrested at his home during the early morning of November 8, 2012. He has been transferred to the local detention center.

16. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] Ms. Wang Ping Arrested

Ms. Wang Ping, in her 60s, from Chenzhou City was arrested in Huangshaping Town, Guiyang County, on November 7, 2012. Her whereabouts are unknown.

17. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Jin Jianjun Arrested

Ms. Jin Jianjun from Guangzhou City was arrested by agents from the local 610 Office on November 4, 2012. Her mother's home was ransacked as well.

18. [Chongqing] More information on the Arrest of Mr. Dai Xianming

Mr. Dai Xianming was arrested by officer Wang Chun from Xuanhua Police Station in the Yongchuan District and staff from the Zhangjiapo Residential Committee around noon on November 6, 2012. Mr. Dai is being detained in a farmer's house in Lihua Village, Huangguashan, the Yongchuan District.

19. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Huang Lihua and Ms. Wei Changxiu Arrested

Ms. Huang Lihua and Ms. Wei Changxiu were arrested on the evening of November 8, 2012. Their whereabouts are unknown. Ms. Huang was forced to become homeless to avoid arrest for eight years before she was arrested.

20. [Miyi County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Liao Yuanfu Died as a Result of Persecution

Mr. Liao Yuanfu from Miyi County passed away on the evening of November 7, 2012, after more than 10 years of imprisonment. His body was in a terrible state because of severe persecution.

Mr. Zhang Jifang, Ms. Zhang Jihui, and Ms. Zhang Jiping were arrested that same evening because they went to Mr. Liao's funeral.

21. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Li Lianchun and Others Arrested

Ms. Li Lianchun from Yueyang City has been taken to the local brainwashing center by officers from Qianlianghu 610 Office.

Ms. Zhao Lamei and Ms. Chen Guohua have been transferred to the Hubin Detention Center in Yueyang City by officers from Qianlianghu Police Station.

22. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Liu Xiuwen Arrested

Ms. Liu Xiuwen, 76, a retired teacher from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, was taken from her home to Xinjin Brainwashing Center on the afternoon of November 6, 2012.
