(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Yin Mingli is currently imprisoned in the Dalian Education Camp (similar to a forced labor camp, utilized for brainwashing practitioners). Mr. Yin went on a hunger strike to protest the unlawful persecution. Recently, his wife and daughter went to the camp to visit him, however, guards denied their visit without providing any reason.

Mr. Yin was arrested on June 29, 2011; his family then lost contact with him for a period of time. Government offices didn't provide his family with an explanation for his arrest, and no legal actions were filed against him. Some thought that the police had taken Mr. Yin to the Nanguanling Prison in Dalian. In August, information circulated that Mr. Yin had been taken to the Dalian Education Camp, an institution where guards torture practitioners in order to force them to give up their beliefs. Mr. Yin and other practitioners went on a hunger strike to protest their persecution.

On January 10, 2012, Mr. Yin's wife took their daughter to the camp to visit him. A male police officer with badge number 2122035 denied their visitation without providing a reason. Mr. Yin's physical condition is unknown, and his family is extremely concerned. On January 11, his wife went to the camp to visit him again, but was again turned away.

Over six months have passed since Mr. Yin's arrest. His wife has supported the family with her meager income. She struggles to pay the rent and their daughter's needs for attending school; they couldn't afford heat in the winter.

Besides Mr. Yin, other practitioners are currently incarcerated in the second brigade in Dalian Education Camp, including: Mr. Wang Enping, Mr. Gong Fajiu, and Mr. Sun Zhengyun. Dong Geqi, captain of the second brigade, ordered inmates Qu Jiming and Fan Huiguo to torture practitioners. Squadron leader of the fifth brigade Liu Xuhui and Wang (first name unknown) assault practitioners. Liu Xuhui also ordered inmate Liu Jun to choke practitioner Mr. Lin Weizhu. The fifth brigade captain is Jiang (first name unknown), and the deputy captain is Lu (first name unknown).
