(Clearwisdom.net) Feng Li, a female in her fifties, was warden of the First Ward in the Hohhot City Women's Forced Labor Camp in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. She had the nick name “Knife hidden behind smile.” She personally participated in torturing Falun Gong practitioners, and has met with due retribution. She died from lung cancer on March 17, 2008.
Feng Li was very strict with Falun Gong practitioners and overloaded them with labor work, especially the steadfast practitioners. She forced them to stand for long periods of time, and deprived them of sleep. She forced practitioners to write “understandings,” on many occasions and forced them to thank the camp. Her twisted mind caused section chiefs to say she was mentally abnormal.
In spring 2002, Feng Li dragged practitioner Li Changlian to the dining hall, hung her by her handcuffed wrists, then pulled her arm bone until it fractured. In the winter of 2003, Feng tried to force practitioner Bai Jingzhen to write a guarantee statement, but Ms. Bai refused. Feng had two prisoners watching her who forced her to kneel on the handle of a mop for eight hours. After they put her back into a cell, Ms. Bai had to pack 8000 pairs of chopsticks, working until 4:00 a.m., and was then allowed to sleep only two hours. This treatment continued for three months, Ms. Bai was tortured until she was as thin as a skeleton.
Although Feng did so much harm, kind hearted practitioners nonetheless tried to save her and persuade her to cease her evil actions. But she was out of control. She kept doing harm and refused to listen to the practitioners.
