(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of March 3, 2012, Ms. Zhang Yuling was talking to people about Falun Gong at the Yingbin Market. She was picked up and taken to the Jianzigu Police Station in the Decheng District and then transferred to the Dezhou Detention Center. At about 11 a.m. on that day, three officers from the Xinhedonglu Police Station and the Decheng Police Department went to ransack her home and confiscated some of her property.

Ms. Zhang is a good employee at the Dezhou Petrochemical Factory. Since she started to practice Falun Gong in 1999, she has followed the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, valued virtue, and is a good person. She is very healthy. Since the CCP started to persecute Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, she has been arrested, detained and had funds extorted from her many times.

On the night of July 21, 2009, Ms. Zhang was held by a guard at the Yanyuan Residential Area and reported to the police. She was taken to the Dongdi Police Station. The police handcuffed her to a heater and turned the air conditioning on cold all night. In the morning, Ms. Zhang was so overcome by the cold that she could not talk. The police transferred her to the Dezhou Detention Center. In the detention center, Liu Dawei from the Decheng Police Department threatened her, saying they wanted a list of other practitioners. If she did not cooperate, she would be sent to a forced labor camp and fired from her job. She was detained for one month. They extorted 10,000 yuan from her family.

On July 13, 2007, Ms. Zhang was followed by officers from the Decheng Police Department. She was detained in the Dezhou Detention Center for one month. They extorted 7000 yuan from her family.
