1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Yan, Ms. Tian Qingling and Mr. Liu Jianmin Sent to Forced Labor Camps

Ms. Liu Yan and Ms. Tian Qingling from the Xiangfang District were arrested and taken to the Qianjin Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Liu Jianmin was arrested and sent to the Suihua Forced Labor Camp.

2. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xing Guiling Held in Jinzhou City Detention Center

Officials from the Xiaoliu Village Police Station arrested Ms. Xing Guiling from Jiutuo Village, Dayou Township, on the morning of February 25, 2012, while she distributed Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs. She is currently held in the Jinzhou City Detention Center.

3. [Bin County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhao Yungu and Ms. Chen Liyun Imprisoned

Ms. Zhao Yungu was arrested and taken to Hulan Prison on February 22, 2012. Prior to this, Ms. Chen Liyun from Bin County was arrested and sent to Heilongjiang Women’s Prison.

4. [Tianjin] Ms. Han Shuyun Arrested, Her Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Han Shuyun from Ninghe County was arrested while she posted informational materials about Falun Gong in Lutai Town on the evening of February 26, 2012. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.

5. [Yuncheng County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhu Lingdian and Ms. Liu Weiyin Sent to Yuncheng County Detention Center

Officials from the Yuncheng County 610 Office and the police department arrested Mr. Zhu Lingdian and Ms. Liu Weiyin on February 17, 2012. They ransacked the two practitioners’ homes and took away their printer, informational materials about Falun Gong and more than 1,000 yuan in cash. The two practitioners are currently held in the Yuncheng County Detention Center.

6. [Rongcheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yao Liping Arrested

Rongcheng City police arrested Ms. Yao Liping at her workplace on the afternoon of February 17, 2012.

7. [Tianjin] Ms. Chen Ying Arrested, Her Whereabouts Unknown

Ms. Chen Ying from Dazhigu, Hedong District, was arrested at her workplace on February 17, 2012. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.

8. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Gu Youwen Arrested, Her Home Ransacked

Ms. Gu Youwen from Fengrun District was arrested when she visited patients in a hospital on the afternoon of February 25, 2012. Police also ransacked her home.

9. [Gaotang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yin Jixia and Other Practitioners Arrested

A number of practitioners were arrested on February 25, 2012, including Ms. Yin Jixia, Mr. Guo Zhenjie, Ms. Jia Xiuhua, Ms. Xiang and Ms. Duan.

10. [Rongcheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Donglan Arrested, Her Whereabouts Unknown

Police arrested Ms. Yu Donglan from Xiyingjia Village, Xunshan Town, Rongcheng City, on February 17, 2012. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.

11. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Xie Dashun Sent to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Xie Dashun, in his 70s, from the Yongxing Eighth Group of Zhong District, was arrested by the village CCP (Chinese Communist Party) secretary and later taken to a brainwashing center.

12. [Xiangyang City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhao Guojiang Sent to Xiangnan Prison

Mr. Zhao Guojiang was secretly sentenced to three and a half years in prison on January 12, 2012. He was sent to Xiangnan Prison on February 13, 2012.

13. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Jiang Yuping Arrested, Her Home Ransacked

Ms. Jiang Yuping, a retired teacher from Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, was arrested when she distributed Falun Gong-related materials on February 16, 2012. Her home was ransacked.
