The 610 Office of Haifeng County, Guangdong Province, Arrested the Female Owner of an Electrical Repair Store

(Minghui.org) On the morning of March 29, Pan Yongming and Li Xiaoqin from the 610 Office of Haifeng County, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, and the county’s national security team along with over a dozen security people from Chengdong Police Station again went to Mr. Pan Zhihao's Electrical Repair Store. They attempted to arrest Mr. Pan and his wife, Ms. Li Yin, because they had a poster on the door of their store that said “Truth-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” The couple argued with the police, who had nothing to say. Then they roughly arrested Ms. Li in front of everyone. As of the present day, nobody knows where Ms. Li Yin is.

Mr. Pan Zhihao went to the authorities to ask for his wife. The staff members from the CCP could not justify their lies and tried to shift the responsibility onto others and lied to Mr. Pan that Ms. Li Yin was sent to a Sanshui Brainwashing Center. Now, according to insiders, Ms. Li was not sent to that brainwashing facility. She was detained at an unknown place. No other information is known. These facts are yet to be verified.

Mr. Pan, in his 40s, and his wife, Li Yin, began to study Falun Gong in 2008. Ms. Li helped her husband to take care of the store. When she met people with a predestined relationship, she would tell them to remember “Falun Dafa is good. Truth-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” and that they would be blessed if they often said those words. Ms. Li Yin's kindness was also blessed. The chronic illness she had had for many years was cured without taking any medicine. Moreover, her family became harmonious. Their neighbors praised her as a diligent and kind person.

Around 10 a.m. on September 22, 2009, Zhou Wenzheng, the assistant director of Chengdong Police Station, brought staff members from Shanwei City, members of the 610 Office of Haifeng County, and staff members from Chengdong Police Station, with over a dozen cars, and surrounded Mr. Pan Zhihao's home. Using the excuse that they had received a report stating that Mr. Pan had clarified the truth about Falun Gong to villagers in Xiawei Village, Chishan, Chengdong, on August 23, and had sent people Falun Gong truth-clarification CDs, they arrested both Pan Zhihao and Li Yin. They also ransacked their personal property. Mr. Pan was sent to Sanshui Forced Labor Camp.

On the afternoon of March 10, 2012, Lin Chaolue, the dean of the Stability Maintenance Center of Chengdong Town, Haifeng County, and Zhou Wenzheng, the assistant director of Chengdong Police Station, along with several security people, went to the electrical repair store owned by Mr. Pan. They searched his store and took Falun Gong related books and CDs. Later, Mr. Pan Zhihao went to his local government office and police station several times and asked them to return his personal items but was not successful. On March 29, the CCP staff arrested Pan Zhihao's wife.

So far, Mr. Pan Zhihao has visited all relevant CCP offices in order to rescue his wife. He cannot run his business normally. His elderly parents are frail. His two school-aged children need their mother's care.
