(Minghui.org) Ms. Yin Xiaoyan, a government employee in the Yilunbao District in Renqiu City, was a deputy station chief for a birth control center. She started practicing Falun Gong in mid-December of 1997. Shortly after she took up the practice, all her illnesses, including stomach problems, low blood pressure, and hemorrhoids, disappeared. Guided by the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, she changed herself and become a very good person. However, she has been subjected to years of persecution for her belief, including multiple arrests, detention, and brainwashing.
On October 1, 2002, Ms. Yin was arrested by the 610 Office. She was then sent to the so-called “Legal and Educational Center of Cangzhou,” where she was forced to undergo brainwashing for 27 days. In October 2007, falsely accused by her employer, Ms. Yin was arrested by officials from the Discipline Inspection Unit of Renqiu. On August 25, 2010, at about 10 p.m., she was arrested by the Branch Police Department of Renqiu City and taken to the Renqiu City Detention Center, where she was persecuted for 29 days.
While Wang Zhiqiang held the office of secretary of the Yilunbao District from April 2002 to January 2009, he repeatedly collaborated with the Renqiu City 610 Office and mobilized Ms. Yin's colleagues, former classmates, and relatives in an attempt to force her to renounce her belief. Additionally, he implemented deceitful techniques to monitor her. On one Saturday in September 2002, Sui Zhonghua, station chief of the birth control center, told Ms. Yin they needed to evaluate her work performance and deceived her into coming into work so that he could better monitor her. On the morning of October 1, 2002, Liu Zhijie, director of the police station, and Chai Yongliang, a police officer, deceived Ms. Yin into coming to the police station. Liu asked her repeatedly if she wanted to continue practicing Falun Gong. After she said she did, he arrested her.
Those who participated in the arrest of Ms. Yin included personnel from the Police Station of Yilunbao, the Renqui City 610 Office, and the Municipal Government of Yilunbao. The arrest was later found to be a well-orchestrated plot. Ms. Yin had heard about the terrible things done to Dafa practitioners in the brainwashing center and had tried escape the arrest, but to no avail. Following Ms. Yin's arrest, her house was ransacked.
Every “brainwashing classroom” consisted of one practitioner and several staff members (“instructors”), whose task was to prevent the practitioner from leaving the room. Every classroom door had a small peephole for instructors to peek inside and see what the practitioners were doing. Practitioners were required to use the beds closest to the door so that the guards could see them readily. One day, Ms. Yin was practicing the exercises. A prison guard came in with an electric baton and threatened her. The instructors took turns trying to {“{transform}}” practitioners. Most of these instructors came from different work units in Cangzhou City. They used deceit, threats, and made-up heresies and forced practitioners to watch videos that defamed Master and Dafa. As a result, Ms. Yin experienced great psychological trauma.
In October 2007, Ms. Yin was dispatched to work in a village. She took this opportunity to clarify the truth to the rural villagers by putting up a few posters about Falun Dafa. Her colleague, Wang Chengqun, saw her and reported her. Wang Zhiqiang, secretary of the Yilunbo District, reported Ms. Yin to the Municipal Disciplinary Inspection Unit of Renqiu City. On the morning of October 30, Wang Yugeng, Tian Hongwen, and Zheng Huage went to Ms. Yin's house and took her to the Municipal Disciplinary Inspection Unit. Bian Zhankun from the Municipal Disciplinary Inspection Unit pressured Ms. Yin to write a guarantee statement to give up the practice by threatening to fire her. In November 2007, because Ms. Yin was absent from work, her colleagues Pang Heliang and Tian Hongwen, accompanied by police officer Wang Zenghui, searched her office.
During the Olympic Games in August 2008, Ms. Yin was again harassed by her colleagues and the Municipal Disciplinary Inspection Unit. Her colleagues told her to go to the Municipal Disciplinary Inspection Unit. When she refused to go, she was expelled from the Communist Party. Although she was expelled from the Party, her Party membership fee was still deducted from her wages.
On March 20, 2009, Ms. Yin publicly quit the Party before the New District secretary, Wang Baoqiang, and the Organizational Committee member, Du Jianfeng. In fact, Ms. Yin had already quit the evil Party in 2005. In April 2009, Ms. Yin's employer openly announced her dismissal from the Party during a township Party member meeting.
On August 25, 2010, at about 10 p.m., a female undercover police officer deceived Ms. Yin into opening her door by pretending to be her neighbor. Suddenly, a dozen police officers, led by Cui Weimin and Pang Jiangwei from the Branch Police Station of Renqiu City, broke into her house and started searching. They took away her computer, two cell phones, Falun Gong books, photos of Master Li, cash, calendars, etc. At present, some of the her belongings are still being held by the police. Ms. Yin has repeatedly asked Kong Fanmao, captain of the National Security Department, to return her valuables, but he has refused.
On the night of August 25, 2010, the police arrested Mr. Yin again. The arrest was orchestrated by the Municipal Public Security Bureau of Renqiu City. She was handcuffed and shackled by officers from the Branch Police Station, who forced her to sit on an iron chair for 13 hours. On the afternoon of August 26, she was sent to the Detention Center of Renqiu City.
Against her will, Ms. Yin was taken to the hospital in Renqiu City for a full physical examination. She was persecuted for 29 days in the detention center. While detained, she went on protest hunger strikes and was repeatedly force-fed.
People involved in force-feeding Ms. Yin included Li Jinpeng, captain of the Detention Center of Renqiu City; detention center staff; two health care workers from the Hospital of Renqiu; and a few male prisoners.
Because Ms. Yin practiced Falun Gong, her “civil-service seniority” was not recognized. Citing Ms. Yin's dismissal from the Party and her arrest by the Public Security Bureau, her employer disqualified her from getting the standard wage increase from 2008 to 2011. Yao Junlin was the Organizational Committee member and Wang Baoqiang was secretary.
Over the years, Ms. Yin's employer has repeatedly participated in monitoring her. On so-called sensitive dates, her employer, with the excuse of “being very busy,” didn't allow their 40 employees to go home early. In actuality, their task was to monitor Ms. Yin. In order to assist in persecuting her, these employees had their personal freedom restricted as well.
During the persecution of Falun Gong, a lot of ordinary people have been involved. Because they don't know the truth, they have played a role in fueling the persecution. Maybe they are active participants, or passive ones, or feel helpless. Under the influence of atheism, people forget about the heavenly principles of retribution of good and evil. They forget that Gods and Buddhas are so numerous that they are everywhere. They forget the principle that doing harm to others is doing harm to oneself.
We sincerely hope that everyone can see the truth, distinguish between right and wrong, and make their own rational choice. Knowing the truth is their hope for salvation.
