(Minghui.org) On October 26, 2013, Falun Gong practitioners in Spain held a signature collection drive on Plaza del Callao in downtown Madrid, to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) practice of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.

The practitioners' display boards attracted a lot of attention.

Plaza del Callao, located in Madrid's vibrant cinematic region and most exclusive shopping area, is usually packed with tourists. Upon seeing the practitioners' informational displays boards and banners in Chinese, Spanish, and English, locals and tourists alike crowded around to see what was going on. Many of them took photos with their cameras and cell phones.

“We’ll Sign Any Petition that Condemns the Communist Party!”

After two men read a flier detailing the CCP's crime of live organ harvesting from persecuted Falun Gong practitioners and other prisoners of conscience, they immediately signed the petition. One of the men remarked, “We’ll sign any petition that condemns the Communist Party! We hope that China will be able to rid itself of this regime, as soon as possible. To this end, we would like to contribute!”

British Student: “Please Come Here and Sign This petition!”

A student visiting Spain from London saw the practitioners handing out fliers. He called his friends over, saying, “Please come here and sign this petition!” They all gathered around to hear the practitioners explain about the Party's persecution of Falun Gong.

When they found out about the regime’s crime of live organ harvesting, they were dumbfounded. “Oh my gosh! This is horrible!” said one young man. Before they left, they all signed the petition.

Young Spaniard: “I Have to Sign this Petition to Uphold Human Rights!”

As a young man was rushing past the practitioners' informational table, he suddenly stopped and asked practitioners for the petition form. As he was signing it, he said, “I have to sign this petition to uphold human rights!”

The practitioners gave him a quick overview about Falun Gong and why the CCP was persecuting this peaceful practice. The young man said that he would start paying close attention to the situation.

Chinese Man: “I Believe People Who Cultivate Buddhahood”

A Chinese man carefully read the practitioners' display boards. When a practitioner talked to him about the CCP's staged self-immolation incident on Tiananmen Square, the man asked, “What exactly is Falun Gong?”

The practitioner told him, “Falun Gong is an advanced Buddha School cultivation method that follows the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. It improves people's health and teaches people how to be good and kind. For 14 years, the Party has been illegally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners and even harvests their organs, while they are alive.

“Good is rewarded and evil is punished. So far, in order to disassociate themselves from the CCP, over 150 million Chinese people have quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.”

The man nodded and said, “Since Falun Gong cultivates Buddhahood, I trust you.”

Chinese Tourist: “Our Friends Need to Know How Evil the CCP Really Is!”

A practitioner handed a flier to two tourists from mainland China. “We've heard about the persecution, but we haven't quit the CCP,” said one of the visitors.

After talking with the practitioner, they both agreed to quit the Party. After they quit, they told the practitioner, “We want to take some photos of your banners and display boards so that we can show them to our friends back home. They need to know how evil the CCP really is!”
