(Minghui.org) Ms. Li Fangfang was arrested on November 14, 2013, because she helped a practitioner's family rescue their family member who was in custody. She was taken to the Shenyang Detention Center. Her younger brother was also arrested simply because he tried to have her released from detention.
Ms. Li Fangfang and Ms. Zhu Lanying's family went to the Huihewan Police Station, Heping District, Shenyang City, to ask for the release of Ms. Zhu Langying, one month after Ms. Zhu was arrested. Ms. Li was standing outside the police station when she was arrested. She went on a hunger strike for two days and repeatedly said, “Falun Dafa is good.”
She was transferred to the Shenyang City Detention Center on November 18, 2013. Her parents' home, where she also lives, was ransacked. Because police officers could not find any evidence, they got angry and confiscated her residential identification card and her certificate of residency. When her family members found out, they kept calling police officers, but the officers denied everything.
Ms. Li's younger brother Mr. Li Yang is not a practitioner, but knows the facts about Falun Dafa. He represented his mother Ms. Yang Shuqing and Ms. Li Fangfang in court on April 25, 2009, and entered not guilty pleas for both. He wrote a 10,000-word statement defending their practice. Although it was ignored by the court, it was very touching and moving when he read it.
Rewarded for Supporting Practitioners
Mother and daughter were released after three years and Mr. Li Yang finally had his family back. His righteous action was rewarded. His business was finally very successful, which had experienced problems for many years. However, he was also persecuted because of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) policy of guilty by association.
When he heard that his sister was arrested by officers from the Huihewan Police Station, Heping District and beaten, he stood up for her and spoke to police officers. These officers refused to listen to reason were very rude to him.
Mr. Li put up banners and kept appealing for the release of his sister and other innocent Falun Dafa practitioners. The banners said, “Police officer Guo Hongwen, who gives you the right to beat citizens” and “Officers from Huihewan Police Station break Chinese law instead of upholding it, and are beating citizens.”
He stood in front of the police station. Police officers got angry and destroyed the banners. Then police officers arrested Mr. Li, his colleagues and practitioners. They also ransacked his printing company and confiscated the equipment.

People worldwide, please take note of the crimes committed by police from the Huihewan Police Station against Ms. Li Fangfang's family.
I hope that practitioners continue to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa to agents of the Shenyang City Procuratorate, Police Department, Domestic Security Division, and Huihewan Police Station.
Please, ask for the immediate release of Ms. Zhu Lanying, Ms. Li Fangfang, Mr. He Gang, Mr. Tong Yuhai, Mr. Li Yang and his colleagues. It is important that the police and others involved stop committing crimes against practitioners and those that help practitioners.
